BASI Systems Pilates equipment is crafted with professionalism to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are committed to resolving any unlikely issues that may arise and are always here to support you.

Warranty Overview

We provide a limited warranty, which is our sole warranty, overriding all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. This warranty activates on the original purchase invoice date and adheres to the time limits specified herein. Repaired or replaced parts under this warranty will maintain the original warranty period.

Warranty Conditions

We assure our products will be free from material or workmanship defects during the warranty period. In case of a defect believed to be covered by this warranty, follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts conforming to warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at BASI Systems' discretion, under these conditions:

• The issue is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.
• The part is used solely for its intended purpose, complying with safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines.
• The defect is not caused by wear and tear, fabric damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with instructions.
• The defect is not due to exposure to harmful chemicals, natural or chemical abrasives.
• The defect is not due to water submersion, indoor flooding, or fire damage.
• The part is owned by the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable.
• The claim is within the warranty period.

Ten Year Warranty

Two Year Warranty

Ninety Day Warranty

Limitation of Liability

Saunum’s patented air blending system draws heat and steam from near the ceiling, mixes it with cooler, more oxygenated air near the floor, then directs more comfortable, breathable steam throughout the room. This equalizes room temperature by more than 60% for a significantly better sauna experience. You’ll enjoy longer, more satisfying sauna sessions with more intense sweating. 

All sauna bathers have experienced the same issue – extreme variance in temperature and oxygen from the ceiling to the floor. The temperature at the ceiling can often exceed 200°F, while at the floor it will be under 100°F, causing your feet to feel uncomfortably cool and your head to be too hot. The temperature and oxygen level should be more consistent throughout.

•   Finnish Sauna – Harness the power of intense, dry heat for an authentic Finnish sauna. Its huge rock mass radiates intense, consistent heat.
•   Estonian Sauna – Long sweats, soothing heat and rich steam are the hallmarks of an Estonian sauna.
•   Yoga Sauna – Oxygenated airflow allows for yoga sauna experience. Even at floor level, equalized Air delivers warming heat for ideal hot yoga sessions.  
•   Salt Sauna – A patented system propels healthful Himalayan salt ions throughout the room. Air passes across the salt chamber creating a true salt sauna.
•   Aroma Sauna – Not possible in most saunas, Saunum uses high humidity and air movement to bring satisfying aroma to your experience.

• Massive Stone Capacity – Stones are the heart of a Nordic sauna. Ample stones result in softer, more even heat, and can produce more luxurious steam. Large 154 pound stone capacity (required 5 boxes sold separately)
• Himalayan Salt Reservoir – Saunum’s Himalayan salt tray is positioned within the air stream so that salt ions are propelled throughout the sauna to deliver health benefits more effectively. 
• Wi-Fi Control Option – The available AirIQ Wi-Fi control unit allows you to activate a tailored sauna profile and have your custom sauna ready at the time that you specify on your mobile device.
• Dry your Sauna – Go ahead, toss water onto the rocks! Saunum is engineered for water-tossing, and when you're done enjoyinbg the steam, the patented fan system will conveniently help dry your sauna.     
• UL Certification – Safety and reliability are priorities at Saunum, and each product is engineered to exceed strict UL standards.
• Available Aromatherapy - Add another sensory layer with Saunum's optional aromatherapy system, which infuses aroma into the steam to further transform your experience.

AirIQ WiFi

Easily control the Saunum heater and climate device with just a few taps on the screen.

• For use with Saunum electric heaters up to 12 kW (Over 12 kW requires a separate contactor box.)
• Temperature selection ranges from 104 °F – 194°F (40°C - 90°C). 
• Allows you to set the operating time of the heater: up to 1 hour in a private sauna, up to 6 hours in a public sauna. 
• Allows you to select up to 3 Preset Sauna settings: (selectable temperature, time, climate device speed)
• Classic Nordic Steam Sauna
  • for temperatures from 140°F - 194°F (60°C - 90°C). Valve of the Climate Device open to 25% with speed level 1.
• Humid Steam-rich Sauna
  • for temperatures from 113°F - 140°F (45°C - 60°C). Valve of the Climate Device open to 100% with speed level 2 or 3.
• Mild, Relaxing Sauna
  • for temperatures from 104 °F – 131 °F  (40°C - 55°C). Valve of the Climate Device open to 25% with speed level 1.
• AirIQ WiFi allows for sauna session scheduling for a specific day, time, and sauna type for the week.
• Built-in Wi-Fi interface for Saunum mobile app available on AppStore and Google Play.
• Notifications will be conveniently displayed directly onto your mobile device via the Saunum mobile app.

General Conditions

• Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted if they are authorized by RecovAthlete, except for products designated as non-returnable.
• Direct Purchases Only: Only items purchased directly from RecovAthlete are eligible for return. For products bought from resellers or third-party retailers, please contact them directly.

Defective Equipment

• Warranty Service: Defective equipment will be handled according to the product's warranty, either through repair or replacement.

Return Process

• Pre-authorization Required: Returns require prior agreement and authorization from Bodynetworx.
• Return Authorization (RA) Number: To initiate a return, contact Bodynetworx at +1(917) 274-9700 or email support@recovathlete.com for an RA number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Time Frame: Request for an RA must be made within 30 days of shipment (as per invoice date). Returned items must be received within 30 days of receiving the RA number.
• Condition of Returned Products: Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new-like condition, along with the original invoice.
• Restocking Fee: Unauthorized returns or those without an RA number may incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping Charges: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping and handling charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

After Return

• Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, RecovAthlete may exchange the item, issue a credit, or provide a refund at its discretion.
• Insurance Recommendation: It is recommended to insure return shipments against loss or damage and use a carrier that provides delivery proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom and Non-Equipment Products: Customized items and certain non-equipment products are non-returnable.
• List of Non-Returnable Equipment:
  • Custom products (custom upholstery or equipment configuration).
  • Equipment (various Reformers, Towers and Trapeze Systems, Chairs and Barrels, Upgrades, Options and Other Pilates Equipment).
  • Non-equipment products (springs, mat conversions).

Product Quality

• Handmade Quality: Basi equipment and products are handcrafted, and slight blemishes or minor imperfections are considered normal.

Final Note

• No Refunds on Certain Products: There are no refunds on products specifically marked as non-returnable on the RecovAthlete website.
