Designed to exceed expectations, this open and airy Nordic gem benefits from a full glass front for your sauna bathing pleasure. The extra-thick 1-½" premium Norice Spruce planks support its majestic crown which can be illuminated for added ambiance. Inside, the Model X7 is furnished with dual-tier benching and backrests constructed of furniture grade-A Aspen for your bathing comfort. Silky smooth, the 1.1” thick bench tops provide solid seating which to so vital to a quality sauna experience.

Are you ready to sauna? Designed and engineered for easy assembly, the SaunaLife Model X7 Indoor Sauna Kit includes pre-assembled elements to ensure your success. 1-½" premium Norice Spruce planks are pre-assembled into wall panels that slip into tracks. Benches, backrests, and ceiling components come pre-constructed as well. The full-glass front is sectional to allow for an exacting fit. The glass door is reversable to suit your needs. With the help of a friend, the beautiful SaunaLife X7 assembles in less than a day!       

Illumination – Sauna Ambiance  

SaunaLife provides a superior white LED lighting system that is Wi-Fi app-based and allows you to set the ideal scene prior to entering the sauna. A hand-held remote control is also provided for on/off/dim operation. SaunaLife’s White LED fixture is heat and water certified (IP67) and is dotless to provide an enchanting glow. For yet another level of sensory enhancement, consider adding XMood Lighting Package for both the inspirational and relaxing visual effects that color affords.

⚠️ All SaunaLife saunas ship via LTL freight. Custom or made-to-order units cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

1. Warranty Coverage

• Limited Lifetime Warranty for residential use to original retail purchaser.
• Covers factory-assembled components found defective in workmanship.
• Excludes normal wear, natural weathering, sauna heaters, added components, and installation/delivery.

2. Warranty Service

• SaunaLife chooses repair or replacement (new or reconditioned parts).
• Return authorization required; prepaid freight to SaunaLife; SaunaLife ships back after repair.
• Labor, removal, or reinstallation not covered.
• Warranty void for misuse, alteration, commercial use, unsafe temps, harsh chemicals, or acts of God.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• LTL freight on wooden pallet, curbside only (driver lowers to ground level).
• Carrier contacts you to schedule delivery; please advise of difficult access or extra costs.
• No shipping outside the lower 48 U.S. states.

4. Order Process & Notifications

• Order confirmation emailed immediately after purchase.
• Stock items ship within ~5 business days; tracking info within 24 hrs of shipment.
• Backorders void pre-authorization; you’ll be notified.

5. Cancellations (Before Shipping)

• Cancel free of charge before order ships (exceptions: custom/made-to-order). We will have to deduct 5% payment processing fees

6. Cancellations & Refunds (After Shipping)

• Custom or made-to-order products: all sales final.
• Other returns subject to manufacturer approval.
• Customer pays all shipping on returns/exchanges.
• 25% cancellation fee + return freight may apply due to high LTL costs.
• Refunds issued within 5 business days after inspection at warehouse.

7. Damaged Shipments

• Inspect packaging on delivery; note any damage when signing.
• Send photos of damage to info@recovathlete.com for insurance claim processing.

8. Disclaimers

• SaunaLife disclaims implied warranties beyond those stated.
• Not liable for incidental or consequential damages or injury.
• Rights vary by state; no representative may alter the warranty.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:

• Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.
• Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser.
• Warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component deemed defective in workmanship by Sauna Life.
• Exclusions: Normal material wear, natural weathering of lumber, installation or delivery of components, and applies only to the original retail purchaser.

Warranty Performance:

• Repair or replacement of defective part at Sauna Life's option.
• Substitution of part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned.
• Repair or replacement assumes the remaining portion of the original product's warranty.
• Return authorization required for warranty service, prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair, and shipping back to original purchaser.
• Prior contact with Sauna Life required for packaging, shipping instructions, and return authorization.
• Labor charges, removal, installation, or replacement of sauna or its components not covered.
• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, changes due to natural aging and weathering, sauna heaters, and added components.

Acts Invalidating Warranty:

• Warranty void if subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repairs.
• Alteration includes deviation from original assembly instructions, component change, or addition of non-approved devices contributing to failure or unsafe operation.
• Use in application not designed for voids warranty.
• Exclusions: Damage from operation above safe sauna temperatures, added components, harsh chemicals, product movement, and acts of God.
