Bathing comfort cannot be overlooked when investing in an outdoor sauna barrel. The diameter of the SaunaLife Model E7 Sauna Barrel and the bench/backrest configuration must be considered. Barrels with a small diameter may be priced lower (less materials), but the tradeoffs are door height, bench comfort, and headroom. Smaller diameter barrels have a tighter arc which can create seating posture challenges, impact standing upright, and require one to duck upon entry and exit. ERGO Series Sauna Barrels benefit from a 6’5” interior height. Due to its large diameter, benches can be ergonomically contoured and formfitting. The generous barrel arc can support an expansive and arched backrest for true lumbar support. It begins with industry-leading 1-7/8” wide and 1/8” thick stainless steel barrel bands that compress the massive staves and create your wellness retreat. Then, a watertight DIY shingle kit (a necessity for every barrel sauna) with side-mounted drip edges provides exceptional rainwater management. Inside the barrels are dual floor drains. One is purposefully placed under the sauna heater for your water-tossing pleasure. A second drain is near the door, where cold plunge or pool water may collect. Should this barrel shift out of level, these dual floor drains have you covered.

Illuminating your barrel showcases the beauty of the wood and enhances your sauna experience. Only low-voltage and waterproof LED lighting will do. SaunaLife provides a superior white LED lighting system that is Wi-Fi app-based and allows one to set the ideal scene prior to entering the sauna. A hand-held remote control is also provided for on/off/dim operation. SaunaLife’s white LED fixture is heat and water certified (IP67) and is dotless so it provides an enchanting, even glow. 2. Warranty Service

• SaunaLife chooses repair or replacement (new or reconditioned parts).
• Return authorization required; prepaid freight to SaunaLife; SaunaLife ships back after repair.
• Labor, removal, or reinstallation not covered.
• Warranty void for misuse, alteration, commercial use, unsafe temps, harsh chemicals, or acts of God.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• LTL freight on wooden pallet, curbside only (driver lowers to ground level).
• Carrier contacts you to schedule delivery; please advise of difficult access or extra costs.
• No shipping outside the lower 48 U.S. states.

4. Order Process & Notifications

• Order confirmation emailed immediately after purchase.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:

• Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.
• Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser.
• Warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component deemed defective in workmanship by Sauna Life.
• Exclusions: Normal material wear, natural weathering of lumber, installation or delivery of components, and applies only to the original retail purchaser.

Warranty Performance:

• Repair or replacement of defective part at Sauna Life's option.
• Substitution of part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned.
• Repair or replacement assumes the remaining portion of the original product's warranty.
• Return authorization required for warranty service, prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair, and shipping back to original purchaser.
• Prior contact with Sauna Life required for packaging, shipping instructions, and return authorization.

Acts Invalidating Warranty:

• Warranty void if subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repairs.
• Alteration includes deviation from original assembly instructions, component change, or addition of non-approved devices contributing to failure or unsafe operation.
• Use in application not designed for voids warranty.
• Exclusions: Damage from operation above safe sauna temperatures, added components, harsh chemicals, product movement, and acts of God.
