Shipping Costs

• To 48 Contiguous U.S. States:Flat rate of $950 (includes sauna heater & accessories)
• To Canada: Flat rate of $1250
• Orders Below $200: Standard shipping fee of $50
• Orders Over $200: Free shipping (except for Sauna Life products, which may incur additional shipping charges)

Note: Sauna Life products may require additional shipping fees, and free shipping offers do not apply to saunas.

This warranty applies only to the original retail customer who purchased their Sauna Life sauna from an authorized reseller.

• The sauna is covered for a lifetime against defects in artistry under everyday residential use, starting from the delivery date.

• Factory-assembled components that Sauna Life determines to be defective in artistry.

• Repairs or Replacements:
• Sauna Life may repair or replace defective parts at their discretion.
• Replacement parts may be new or factory-reconditioned.

Voiding the Warranty

The warranty will be voided if the sauna:

• Is altered or modified
• Is used commercially
• Has unauthorized repairs or non-approved components
• Is operated above safe sauna temperatures
• Is exposed to harsh chemicals
• Is damaged due to movement or acts of God
