Open the glass door and step into a barrel wide enough to stand up in. The SaunaLife EE6G has a 7 foot 3 inch interior diameter, so you are not crouching under the curve like in a narrow barrel. A full 8 mm tempered glass front wall lets daylight flood the cabin. Inside, a contoured Thermo-Aspen bench and an arched backrest hold you at a natural angle, with a lower footrest. The EE6G ships with a full LED light bar and a heater guard, but not a heater. Add a heater to run it, and lighting upgrades to change the mood. All are ordered separately.

Financing Questions
What are Affirm's rates?
Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Can I finance equipment for a business?
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
Should I finance each machine separately?
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Can freight and installation be financed?
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Can I pay off early?
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.

Choosing the EE6G
How many people does the EE6G fit?
Up to four. The 7 foot 3 inch interior diameter and contoured benching seat four, and the width lets you stand upright inside, which many narrower barrels do not allow.
What makes this barrel different from a cheaper one?
Three things: a wider 7 foot 3 inch diameter so you can stand, a full 8 mm glass front wall instead of a small window, and a contoured Thermo-Aspen bench with an arched backrest that is 50% thicker than seating in lesser barrels.
Is Thermo-Spruce better than cedar for a barrel sauna?
For outdoor durability, yes. Thermo-Spruce is thermally treated so it resists rot and pests and stays dimensionally stable. SaunaLife states it lasts up to twice as long as cedar outdoors. Cedar has a stronger aroma when new.
Does the EE6G have a glass end?
Yes. It has a full 8 mm tempered glass front wall plus a tempered glass door, so daylight fills the barrel and you keep a view out.
Assembly and setup
How hard is the EE6G to assemble?
It is engineered for a 1-day build with two people. The kit includes two extra staves so a mistake does not stall you, plus a fastener kit and instructions.
Does the EE6G include a heater?
No. The heater, control and stones are ordered separately, so you can pick the output you want. A heater guard is included. Call 866-861-6317 for heater sizing.
Do I need a permit for a backyard sauna?
Sometimes. It depends on the size, location, foundation and heater type. New electrical, setbacks from property lines, and HOA rules can all need approval. Check with your local building department before you install.
What foundation does the EE6G need?
A flat, level base: a concrete pad, deck or compacted gravel. The barrel sits on spruce cradles, so the ground under them must be level and stable.
Use and maintenance
Can I throw water on the rocks in this barrel?
Yes. The EE6G is built for water, with dual floor drains, one placed under the heater for loyly and one by the door for any cold-plunge or pool water.
How do I care for the Thermo-Spruce exterior?
The kit includes a 500 ml bottle of paraffin oil to enrich and preserve the stave finish. Re-treat the exterior as needed, and wipe the interior benches after use.
What warranty does the EE6G come with?
The EE6G carries a limited lifetime warranty for residential use, covering the barrel structure and non-electrical parts against defects in workmanship, for the original purchaser. It does not cover normal wear, natural weathering of the wood, or delivery and installation costs.

- SaunaLife chooses repair or replacement (new or reconditioned parts).
- Return authorization required; prepaid freight to SaunaLife; SaunaLife ships back after repair.
- Labor, removal, or reinstallation not covered.
- Warranty void for misuse, alteration, commercial use, unsafe temps, harsh chemicals, or acts of God.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- LTL freight on wooden pallet, curbside only (driver lowers to ground level).
- Carrier contacts you to schedule delivery; please advise of difficult access or extra costs.
- No shipping outside the lower 48 U.S. states.
4. Order Process & Notifications
- Order confirmation emailed immediately after purchase.
- Stock items ship within ~5 business days; tracking info within 24 hrs of shipment.
- Backorders void pre-authorization; you’ll be notified.
5. Cancellations (Before Shipping)
