Inside, you'll find 2,680 red and near-infrared light-emitting diodes that deliver high irradiance, allowing for quick, efficient treatment in the comfort of your home. Each light bead has 3 chips, with 2 near-infrared and 1 red for superior power output and even light coverage.

The full-body red light therapy pod comes with an easy-to-use controller that allows you to adjust brightness and treatment length and enable pulse mode if desired.

• The XL pod measures 71 inches long by 32 inches wide. It can also be unzipped to create one large mat measuring 88 inches wide.
• The total number of LEDs in the XL pod is 2,680, including 1,400 on the back and 1,280 on the front.
• Please note: The Pod must be used on a hard, flat surface! Using it on a bed or couch can cause the wires to stretch and break, leading to lights going out. The electrical field output is 0.14 V/m at the surface.

Treatment Instructions

• Please remove most or all of your clothing before entering the red light therapy pod, as the light does not penetrate clothing.
• Plug the light therapy controller for both the top and bottom sections of the pod into a wall outlet and turn the power button on.
• Choose the desired treatment time and brightness.
• Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
• It is usual for the pod to warm up a little during your therapy due to the LEDs and your body heat.
