What are Affirm's rates?
Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Can I finance equipment for a business?
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
Should I finance each machine separately?
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Does Section 179 apply to financed equipment?
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Can freight and installation be financed?
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Can I pay off early?
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.

Order confirmation within minutes. A Prism representative reaches out within 48 hours to schedule delivery. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks for the Prism Light Pod and 1–2 weeks for the Prism Light Pad. Tracking is sent within 24 hours of shipment.

How Delivery Works
- Freight carrier only. Full-body Light Pods are too large for standard parcel. Delivery is by specialized freight, curbside by default.
- 48-hour outreach. A Prism representative contacts you within 48 hours of purchase to plan the delivery date, confirm the address, and flag any access constraints (stairs, freight elevators, narrow doorways).
- Order confirmation. You receive a confirmation email at checkout showing the order has been received and pre-authorized.
- Tracking. Once the unit ships, tracking is emailed within 24 hours.
- White glove delivery. Inside-room delivery, unpacking, and debris removal are available as a paid add-on. Ask us before checkout and we will quote it.

Damaged Shipments
IMPORTANT: INSPECT AT DELIVERY
Inspect the crate and packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If the unit arrives damaged, email photos to us within 24 hours so the freight insurance claim can be filed. Signing clean without noting damage limits what can be recovered.
Cancellations & Returns
- Before shipment. Standard orders can be cancelled at no charge before the unit ships.
- Custom or made-to-order units. All sales are final once production begins. This includes any Pod configured to non-standard voltage or specification.
- Returns after delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies, plus return freight paid by the buyer.
- Exchanges. The buyer covers shipping costs both ways.
FAQs
How long from order to delivery?
The Prism Light Pod takes 6–8 weeks to build, plus 1–2 business days to ship and standard freight transit (typically 5–10 business days in the contiguous US). Plan on roughly 8–10 weeks door to door. The Prism Light Pad takes 1–2 weeks to build.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
Yes. Freight rates outside the contiguous US are quoted per address. International orders are configured to local voltage before shipment. Contact us with your delivery address for a shipping quote before you order.
Is white glove delivery included?
Curbside freight is standard. White glove (inside-room delivery, unpacking, debris removal) is a paid add-on. Ask us before checkout for a quote based on your address and access.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Custom-configured units and made-to-order builds are final sale once production begins.
What if the Pod arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt at signing and email photos within 24 hours. The freight insurance claim is filed from there and a replacement or repair is arranged with Prism.
