Prism Light Pod warrants that the equipment will be free of substantive defects in material and workmanship, adhering to industry standards. The purchase includes a five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty with the following support services:

• Phone support: Available Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm MT.
• Remote technical support: Provided on a 48-hour response time on a best-effort basis by Prism Light Pod.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty covers all parts at no additional cost, provided that the light pod is used under normal wear and tear conditions.
• The system must not have been abused, taken apart by non-Prism Light Pod engineers, or damaged by the buyer and/or its patients.
• The buyer is required to assist with repairs and local parts installation using phone or video support from Prism Light Pod.

Post-Warranty Support:

• After the warranty expires, per-incident support and repair services are available.
• Prism Light Pod will provide a quote for the cost of parts, remote or onsite repair, including travel, lodging, labor, and materials if onsite support is requested.
• Onsite labor is charged at $180 per hour.
• Remote or onsite repairs will be scheduled on a best-effort basis.

• The product must not have been abused, taken apart, or damaged by the buyer and/or its patients.
• The buyer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to Prism Light Pod via FEDEX or UPS with tracking and sign-off receipt.

Product Inspection & Replacement:

• Prism Light Pod will inspect the returned product for usage damage, troubleshoot, and either repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

Electrical Supply Specifications

• Products are designed for standard 110V 20 amp electrical supply for the US and Canada and 110V 15 amp for the Light Pad. The appropriate electrical supply will be provided for international orders.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment, except for custom-made orders.
• All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
• If a product needs to be exchanged, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
• Due to increasing shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
