Introduction

BASI Systems Pilates equipment is crafted with professionalism to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are committed to resolving any unlikely issues that may arise and are always here to support you.

Warranty Overview

We provide a limited warranty, which is our sole warranty, overriding all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. This warranty activates on the original purchase invoice date and adheres to the time limits specified herein. Repaired or replaced parts under this warranty will maintain the original warranty period.

Warranty Conditions

We assure our products will be free from material or workmanship defects during the warranty period. In case of a defect believed to be covered by this warranty, follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts conforming to warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at BASI Systems' discretion, under these conditions:

The issue is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.
The part is used solely for its intended purpose, complying with safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines.
The defect is not caused by wear and tear, fabric damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with instructions.
The defect is not due to exposure to harmful chemicals, natural or chemical abrasives.
The defect is not due to water submersion, indoor flooding, or fire damage.
The part is owned by the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable.
The claim is within the warranty period.

Specific Warranty Periods

Ten Year Warranty

Includes frame and structural components for barrels (Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector), chairs (Wunda Chair, F2 Chair), wall system products (Wall Unit, Wall Tower, Ped-A-Pul), and Reformer gearbar and footbar mechanisms.

Two Year Warranty

Covers springs and mechanical components.

Ninety Day Warranty

Applicable to upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops. Excludes wear-and-tear, stains, indentations, scratches, or damage from harsh chemical cleansers. Equivalent fabric will be provided if identical fabric is unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

This is our exclusive warranty, voiding all other warranties, expressed or implied. BASI Systems is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Legal Rights

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights varying from state to state.

Warranty Responsibility

Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as detailed in this limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusivity

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. We disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Disclaimers may not apply in states disallowing implied warranty disclaimers.

Warranty Duration and Remedies

Where legally mandated, we limit the duration and remedies of implied warranties to the duration of this express limited warranty.

Warranty Scope

Exclusions

BASI Systems Returns and Warranty

Most BASI equipment is made to order and non-returnable, but all of it is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. To start any claim or return, call RecovAthlete at 866-861-6317 and we will open it with BASI for you.

IMPORTANT: THREE DEADLINES

5 business days to report delivery damage, and it must be noted on the Proof of Delivery before you sign.

30 days from the invoice date to request an RA number.

30 days from the RA date for the item to reach BASI.

Warranty Period

Starts on the invoice date. Repaired or replaced parts carry the remainder of the original term, not a new one.

What Is Covered

A defect is repaired, replaced, or refunded at BASI's discretion when all of these are true:

The fault is a manufacturing or material defect.
Safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines were followed.
The claim falls inside the warranty period.
You are the original purchaser with proof of purchase. The warranty is not transferable.

NOT COVERED

Wear and tear, scratches, tears, fabric stains.
Misuse, modification, transport damage, unauthorized repair.
Any use other than Pilates exercise.
Continued use of an already damaged part.
Oils, chemicals, bleach, industrial fallout, sap, sand, mud, salt.
Water submersion, flooding, fire, direct sunlight or heat.
Resale by the customer.

IMPORTANT: SPRINGS

Replace springs every 2 years or 3,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. Skipping this may void your warranty. Replacement springs are available through us.

Damaged on Delivery

Inspect every box before the driver leaves.
Write any damage or missing boxes on the Proof of Delivery, then sign.
Photograph the packaging and the damage.
Call 866-861-6317 within 5 business days.

If it is not on the Proof of Delivery, BASI accepts no liability. A clean signature closes the claim before it starts.

How Returns Work

Every return needs a Return Authorization number. Nothing is accepted without one.

Call 866-861-6317 within 30 days of your invoice date.
We request the RA number from BASI for you.
Repack in the original packaging, new-like condition, with a copy of the invoice inside.
Ship so it reaches BASI within 30 days of the RA date.

Bought from another reseller? Contact that retailer instead. After inspection, BASI may exchange the item, issue credit, or refund, at its option.

Reformers. Reformer, Reformer with Tower, Reformer Combo.

Towers and trapeze. Cadillac, Wall Tower, Wall Unit.

Chairs and barrels. Wunda Chair, Arm Chair Barrel Set, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Spine Corrector with F2 System.

Upgrades. F2 System, F2 System with Accessory Package, Tower Only, Trapeze Only.

Options and other equipment. Ped-A-Pull, Ped-A-Pull without Stool, Raised Mat, Jump Board, Jump Board for Reformer Combo, Arc, Cushion Block.

Non-equipment. Springs, mat conversions.

These are still warranty-covered. Non-returnable means no change of mind, not no support. Since most BASI equipment is on this list, call us before you order if you are unsure about size or fit.

Defective Equipment

Defective products must be returned to the BASI facility for inspection before repair or replacement. BASI equipment is made by hand, so slight blemishes and minor imperfections are expected and are not defects.

Limited Warranty Terms

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Claire from RecovAthlete has been great to work with after Purchasing my Bodysolid Fusion 600 with Multihip and leg press. The machine is extremely versatile and goes up to 310 lb stack which of this type of multi machine is the heaviest on the market. I would give the machine itself 4 stars. It definitely could use a refresh in the design to allow more cable tensioning options as the cables loosen through use and rather than using stickers on areas of contact and wear I wish there was a better longer lasting option. Also the cable arms could use reinforcement to handle the heavier loads. And the multi hip would work better on a 1 to 1 cable ratio. But overall it is the most versatile and it does all of the movements with a lot of adjustability which is what I needed for my compact space in my home gym. I am 6 foot 1 and my wife is 5 foot 3 and it works well for both of us.
