Covered by the Merrithew Manufacturer Warranty
Every new Merrithew product bought through RecovAthlete carries the Merrithew limited warranty. Coverage starts on the invoice date of your original purchase.
Important
Inspect your order before signing. Write any damage to the outer box or skid on the carrier's waybill. Damage not noted on the waybill is not covered. If someone signs for you, they must be over 18 and know this rule. Do not open freight with a box cutter, since it can cut the upholstery. Report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt.
Merrithew and its carriers are not responsible for delays caused by carrier backlogs, customs or border clearance, bad weather, or natural disasters.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, made-to-order, and built-to-order items cannot be returned. They are still covered by the Merrithew manufacturer warranty. Check the product page before ordering.
Merrithew warrants new equipment against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage depends on the product and the part:
Maintenance and Warranty Terms
Change the springs on Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Tower Trainers, Wall Units, and Spring Walls every 2 years. Skipping this may void the warranty.
The warranty is void if the manual's safety and maintenance steps are not followed. It is also void if the equipment is stored or used outdoors, used without climate and humidity control, misused, or modified without Merrithew's approval.
Coverage applies to the original buyer with proof of purchase. Claims must fall inside the part's warranty period. Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the rest of the original period. The warranty does not cover finish damage, shipping, customs fees, or the cost of installing replacement parts.
Note on Wood Parts
Merrithew wood parts use natural Baltic Birch. Color shifts, knots, mineral streaks, oval patches, and biscuits are normal. They do not affect strength and fall within Merrithew's quality standards, so they are not grounds for replacement.
Full warranty terms by product: view the Merrithew Warranty page. Shop the range: Merrithew Pilates equipment.
Buying for yourself, spread the cost through Affirm at checkout. Buying for a gym, clinic, spa, or studio, apply with one of four business lenders and put the whole room on a single application.
RecovAthlete has no control over any financing decision. Approval is based on your creditworthiness and is solely the lender's decision.
Affirm at checkout. Rates run 0% to 36% APR based on your credit profile. Soft check to prequalify, so no impact on your score. No prepayment penalty.
Brickhouse Capital, Reliant Capital, Acorn Finance, or KWIPPED. Apply with two of the four and compare. Financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm with your accountant.
Every page below has real prices, real monthly payment examples, and the lender comparison for that category. Pick the one you are buying.
Most business buyers are not buying one machine. They are building a room. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, vibration, hyperbaric, cryotherapy, and halotherapy all finance on the same paper through the same four lenders, and RecovAthlete quotes every category on one purchase order.
That means one freight schedule, one install window, and one financing application instead of six. It also gets you a better rate, because a bigger number on one application beats six small ones with six hard inquiries.
See commercial recovery equipment financing, or call 866-861-6317 and we will price the room.
| Lender | Type | Amount | Speed | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Affirm | Consumer, at checkout | Order total | Seconds | Personal purchases. 0% to 36% APR based on credit. Soft check to prequalify. |
| Brickhouse Capital | Direct equipment lender | Up to $250K on a one-page application, $1M+ with financials | ~24 hours | A full room or a full floor. Credit decisions made in-house. Tied to the business, not your personal credit report. |
| Reliant Capital | Lender and broker | Up to $500K application-only, $5M with financials | 2 to 4 hours | Medical, aesthetic, and wellness. Deferred payment options. New or used equipment. |
| Acorn Finance | Lending marketplace | $1,000 to $100,000 | 60 seconds to prequalify | Comparing offers. One application goes to 30 or more lenders with no impact to your score. |
| KWIPPED (APPROVE) | Lender marketplace | Minimum $1,500 equipment value | 60-second application | Larger commercial orders. Lenders compete, which usually returns the best APR. Businesses only. |
Apply with two of the four and compare. It costs nothing and the spread between offers is often significant.

Pay in 4 splits the purchase into four interest-free payments charged every two weeks. Monthly installments spread the cost over a longer term, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on your credit profile. You see the exact terms before you agree to anything. No origination fees, no prepayment penalty, no late fees.
Prequalification does not. Affirm and Acorn Finance both run a soft check to show you offers, which has no impact on your score. Proceeding with a monthly installment plan or a business loan may involve a hard inquiry. That is why it pays to prequalify with more than one lender first and only proceed with the best offer.
Yes, and for most business buyers it is the better route. Brickhouse funds up to $250,000 on a one-page application with no financial statements. Reliant approves in 2 to 4 hours. Business financing is usually tied to the business rather than your personal credit report, and financed equipment can qualify for a Section 179 deduction. Confirm the tax position with your accountant.
No. This is the most common and most expensive mistake. Separate applications mean separate hard inquiries, separate payments, and a worse rate on each, because every individual ticket is small. Get one quote from RecovAthlete covering everything you are buying, including freight, and put that single number on one application.
Financed equipment can qualify. Section 179 lets US businesses deduct the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service, and financing the purchase does not by itself disqualify it. The equipment must be in service, not merely ordered, within the tax year. Annual limits and eligibility rules are set by the IRS and change year to year, so consult your accountant.
Freight, yes. On Affirm it is part of the order total at checkout. On business financing, put freight on the RecovAthlete quote and the whole quote amount goes on the application. Installation and room construction are harder, because some equipment lenders will not fund non-equipment costs. Ask the lender before you sign.
Yes. Affirm charges no prepayment penalties. Acorn Finance and most business lenders also allow early payoff without penalty.
Tell us what you are buying and whether it is personal or for a business. We will point you at the right two lenders and quote freight and install as one number, which is also the number that goes on the application.
