Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Tower Trainers™, Wall Units, Spring Walls™, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

Enjoy a Lifetime Warranty on the aluminum rails, frame, gearbar, and footbar (excluding the rubber footbar). All other Reformer components are covered for 2 years, while ropes, straps, clips, spring holders, and the comfort footbar have a 1-year warranty. Upholstery is warranted for 90 days. This warranty protects your investment in quality fitness equipment.

Equipment Limited Warranties
The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.
Warranty Applicability
This warranty applies to equipment:
While equipment remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated
If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period
If upgrades are made as required by the Company
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty shall be null and void if:
All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed
Equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, is stored or used outdoors, in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls
Equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company
An At Home SPX® Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial facility offering fitness services to the public
Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Tower Trainers™, Wall Units, Spring Walls™, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.
Company's Repair or Replacement Policy
At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.

Reformers · Reformer accessories:
Professional · Rehab Reformers (SPX® Max, V2 Max™, etc.): Limited lifetime warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).
MPX™ Reformers: 10-year warranty on the same components.
At Home Reformers: Limited lifetime warranty on the same components. Void if used in commercial settings.
All Reformer Models: 90-day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery; 1-year limited warranty on wear and tear items; 2-year limited warranty on all other components.
Reformers Accessories: 2-year limited warranty on wood components, frames, and related welding; 90-day limited warranty on fabric, upholstery, and rubber padding.
Cadillac / Trapeze Table · Wall Unit: Limited lifetime warranty on vertical bars and overhead frame components.
Fitness Circle® Pro: 2-year limited warranty. Excludes scratches to the finish of the band or molded handles.
Halo® Trainer/Halo® Trainer Plus: 90-day limited warranty on workmanship and materials.
Ladder Barrel: Limited lifetime warranty on metal frame and related welding.
Spine Corrector · Spine Supporter · Pilates Edge · Arc Barrel · Stability Barrel: 2-year limited warranty on all components.
Spring Wall™: 1-year limited warranty on straps and spring clips; 2-year limited warranty on all other components.
Stability Barre™: Limited lifetime warranty on frame components and related welding.
Stability Chair™: Same as Stability Barre™.
Tower Trainer™: Same as Stability Barre™.
Equipment Fabric and Upholstery: 90-day warranty on fabric and upholstery.

This may include color variations and knots, which add a unique, one-of-a-kind personality and character to your equipment. Wood materials were once trees, breathing organisms that worked to survive. Every warp, knot, or mineral streak is a testament to a tree’s life, and the years it lived through. Not every piece of Baltic Birch will have patches or streaks, but that doesn’t make it better or worse than the parts that do. The patches do not affect the integrity or quality; the wood stands up to our high-quality standards and is natural and unique. Merrithew will not replace products that may have oval patches, knots, or biscuits as they fall within our quality standards.
