Ships by ground freight within the continental U.S. and Canada. Packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid. |
| Standard Delivery |
Curbside with liftgate. The driver unloads the equipment near your building. You handle unpacking, moving it inside, setup, and packaging disposal. Two people are recommended. |
| White Glove Delivery |
Paid add-on. The carrier unpacks the equipment, carries it into your chosen room, and removes the packaging and skid. Extra charges may apply for stairs. |

Delivery Fees to Know
- Each freight quote includes one scheduled delivery attempt. A redelivery fee applies if you miss it.
- After-hours and weekend deliveries may cost extra.
- Stairs, narrow hallways, or remote locations may add charges.
- Delaying or rescheduling delivery may add storage fees.
- Switching from curbside to white glove after the order ships may add carrier fees.
Important
Inspect your order before signing. Write any damage to the outer box or skid on the carrier's waybill. Damage not noted on the waybill is not covered. If someone signs for you, they must be over 18 and know this rule. Do not open freight with a box cutter, since it can cut the upholstery. Report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt.
Delays Outside Our Control
Merrithew and its carriers are not responsible for delays caused by carrier backlogs, customs or border clearance, bad weather, or natural disasters.
Equipment Setup

Reformers, Wall Units, and Ladder Barrels arrive 90% assembled.

Cadillacs and Stability Chairs need more assembly.
- Instructions and basic tools are included. Customer care can help with setup questions.
Returns Policy
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, made-to-order, and built-to-order items cannot be returned. They are still covered by the Merrithew manufacturer warranty. Check the product page before ordering.
30-Day Returns, Zero Restocking Fee
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, or within Merrithew's return window for that product
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

No restocking fee. A 3% credit card processing fee is deducted from the refund
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective
- Note the damage on the Bill of Lading with the driver. Skipping this step waives your shipping insurance claim
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at 866-861-6317 or support@recovathlete.com
- Send photos and a short description of the damage
- Once confirmed, the item is repaired or replaced
Order Cancellations
- Cancel within 24 hours of payment: no charge
- Cancel after 24 hours: most orders can still be canceled before they ship
- Custom and built-to-order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours
Warranty Overview
Merrithew warrants new equipment against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage depends on the product and the part:

Maintenance and Warranty Terms
Change the springs on Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Tower Trainers, Wall Units, and Spring Walls every 2 years. Skipping this may void the warranty.
The warranty is void if the manual's safety and maintenance steps are not followed. It is also void if the equipment is stored or used outdoors, used without climate and humidity control, misused, or modified without Merrithew's approval.
Coverage applies to the original buyer with proof of purchase. Claims must fall inside the part's warranty period. Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the rest of the original period. The warranty does not cover finish damage, shipping, customs fees, or the cost of installing replacement parts.
Note on Wood Parts
Merrithew wood parts use natural Baltic Birch. Color shifts, knots, mineral streaks, oval patches, and biscuits are normal. They do not affect strength and fall within Merrithew's quality standards, so they are not grounds for replacement.
