The Traditional 4-6 are steam-only saunas. The Traditional 7 breaks that mold. It gives you three operating modes in one cabin:
Steam mode. Pour water over the 8,000W stove's volcanic rocks. Steam fills the cabin. Classic Finnish sauna at up to 194°F with high humidity. This is the traditional experience.
Dry heat mode. Run the stove without adding water. The cabin heats to high temperatures with low humidity. Dry heat sessions feel different from steam: less intense on the lungs, more tolerable for longer sessions, preferred by some users for cardiovascular benefits.
Alternating mode. Start with dry heat, switch to steam mid-session, then cool down. Or alternate rounds. The flexibility lets you customize each session to how your body feels that day.

Double Decker Stadium Seating: Control Your Heat Intensity
Heat rises. In a standard sauna with one bench level, everyone gets the same temperature. The Traditional 7's double decker stadium seating gives you two levels. The upper bench sits closer to the 2X Overhead Ceiling where heat concentrates. It's hotter, more intense, and preferred by experienced sauna users. The lower bench is milder, more comfortable for beginners or longer sessions.
In a 3-4 person session, this means each person can choose their preferred intensity without anyone adjusting the stove. One person on the upper deck gets the peak heat. Two people on the lower bench get a gentler session. Everyone is comfortable.

Does the Traditional 7 require an electrician?

Is the Traditional 7 an infrared sauna?
