Cancellation of Order

• Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
  • Before Shipping: If cancelled before shipping, a 3% credit card transaction fee applies.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations post 24 hours will incur outbound and return shipping costs.

7-Day Return Policy

• Initiating a Return: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your sauna to request a return merchandise authorization number.
• Condition for Return:
  • Original Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Written Authorization: A prior written return authorization is necessary.
  • Packaging Responsibility: Customers must ensure the sauna is in its original packaging for return.
  • Freight and Restocking: Customers are responsible for return freight shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
• Cancellation Post-Shipping:
  • Charges: If cancelled after shipping, actual outbound and return shipping costs will be charged.

• Refund Process:

Many problems are resolvable through troubleshooting. If the problem persists and is covered by our warranty, we will send you the necessary parts free of charge.

Please note, our warranties are designed specifically for personal, in-home use.

We offer a 3-YEAR FULL COVERAGE WARRANTY. This includes three years of in-home service and parts.
