30 Day Return Policy
You can return any item purchased from Luxury Spas USA within 30 days of receipt if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipping and return shipping charges even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1.866.220.7405. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.
All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the total invoice amount for all orders delivered to VA. There will be no sales tax on charged on shipments delivered outside of VA.

Shipping and delivery
Ships freight from the US warehouse. Lead time typically 2 to 4 weeks to the dock plus 5 to 10 business days for curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is standard. The crate is dropped at the end of your driveway. White-glove placement to backyard or pad is available as a paid add-on. Ask for a quote based on access and ZIP. Final placement and electrical hookup is on the buyer. You will need a level concrete pad or engineered deck rated for filled spa weight plus a dedicated 240V 30A circuit from a licensed electrician. Delivery appointment confirmed 48 hours before arrival. Inspect the crate on delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing.

Why does the Victoria use 30A and not 50A?
The Victoria uses a 3 kW heater and dual 2 HP pumps, which keeps total wattage at 5200W. That allows a 30A 240V circuit instead of the typical 50A used for Elite Series tubs with 5.5 kW heaters. Most existing breaker panels can add a 30A breaker without a service upgrade, lowering electrical install cost vs larger Elite tubs.
Dual pumps vs single pump. Why does it matter?
The Victoria has dual 2 HP jet pumps plus a separate filtration pump. Practical effect: when 3 or 4 people are running high-pressure jets simultaneously, the pressure does not split across one pump. Each pump drives roughly half the jets at full pressure. Single-pump tubs cannot deliver this.
What surface does it sit on?
A level concrete pad, engineered deck rated for filled spa weight (Victoria filled is roughly 4,600 lbs), or a commercial spa pad. If your deck was not built for a spa of this size, talk to a contractor before ordering.
How long from order to first soak?
Typically 3 to 6 weeks total: 2 to 4 weeks production and shipping, 5 to 10 days curbside delivery, plus the time to run your electrical and fill the tub. We recommend having the pad and electrical ready before you place the order.
What is the ongoing maintenance?
Check sanitizer levels weekly, rinse filters monthly, drain and refill every 3 to 4 months depending on use. A 6-person tub has more water volume so chemical use scales accordingly. Hydrozone ozonation cuts chemical use vs chlorine-only setups. The included Leisure Time Chemical Kit covers the first 12 weeks.
What does the warranty cover?
10-year acrylic shell water-leak coverage, 2-year shell defects, 2-year coverage on pumps, heater, and control system, 90-day coverage on other components. RecovAthlete processes warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Can I install it indoors?
Yes, but ventilation and humidity management are on you. Indoor installs need a dedicated moisture-resistant room, floor drain, and HVAC that can handle the load. Most buyers install outdoors on a pad or covered patio for this reason.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the spa warranty.
