- 5-year guarantee for acrylic shell surface against water loss from material defects like cracks and delamination.
- Includes all necessary parts and labor for repairs.

- Guarantees pumps, heater, and control system against malfunctions from material and workmanship flaws for 2 years.
- Only parts covered for repairs, labor costs excluded.
- Warranty does not cover water leaks from pump and plumbing unions.

- Guarantees components such as LED lights, fuses, and jet inserts against malfunctions from material and workmanship defects.
- Covers parts required for repairs; does not include labor expenses.

- Valid for the initial purchaser at the initial installation address.
- Does not cover shipping costs for parts and charges for repairs from non-authorized centers.
- Written consent from Luxury Spas USA needed for any reimbursable repairs.
- Luxury Spas USA decides on the fault's nature and may replace the spa if deemed necessary, with the customer bearing installation costs.

- Telephone diagnosis followed by a technician visit if needed.
- Charges for the technician visit apply if the issue is not manufacturing-related or covered by the warranty.

- Cover, steps, light bulbs, headrests, skirt, and filter free of defects in workmanship or materials.
- One-year guarantee for other factory-installed components like LED light system, stereo, and jets.

- Does not cover items added or installed after sale, nor does it cover access to components.
- Commercial use completely voids warranty coverage.

- Original invoice or sales receipt needed for warranty service.

Prior to filing a warranty claim, please contact our technical support department at 866.220.7405 to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Once a technician determines that a repair or replacement is necessary, they will coordinate the response accordingly.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the spa warranty. Customer Responsibilities Before Ordering
Ensure the item(s) can fit the intended space and can be moved through doors, corridors, and staircases in its packaging. Returns due to sizing issues are the customerās responsibility (applicable only for returnable products).

- Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the USA, excluding PO Boxes, military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska.
- Address Changes: Once an order has shipped, address changes are not permitted. Returns due to address changes will incur fees as per our policy.
- Freight Shipping: Some products require insured freight shipping, which differs from standard ground shipping. All shipments are delivered curbside by default.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Within 24 hours of dispatch, we'll send tracking details to your email. If you don't receive this information within the estimated shipping time, please contact us.
- Troubleshooting: Check your spam/junk folders for the email. For tracking issues, contact the carrier directly with the provided information.
Deliveries
- Freight Carrier Deliveries: These require scheduling a delivery appointment. Itās the customer's responsibility to schedule this with the carrier.
- Appointment Flexibility: Appointments are subject to change and not guaranteed. We recommend proactive communication with the carrier.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations due to delivery issues are not accepted. We rely on the freight company to resolve any shipping issues.
- Adult Presence Required: Someone over 18 must be present to receive the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading.
Receiving Freight Shipments

- Box Count: Verify you have all boxes as per the bill of lading. Report any discrepancies immediately.

30 Day Return Policy
You can return any item purchased from Luxury Spas USA within 30 days of receipt if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse.Ā
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipping and return shipping charges even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1.866.220.7405. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions.Ā
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet.Ā Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.
Ā All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the total invoice amount for all orders delivered to VA. There will be no sales tax on charged on shipments delivered outside of VA.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes must be collected on all shipments being delivered to Canada. Duties and taxes are collected separately by a third party customs broker. If you do not choose your own broker, luxury.com will select one for you. Luxury Spas USA can provide you an estimate of the duties and taxes prior to purchase upon request.
