Harvia Legend Safety Railing: a guard sized to the Legend body
The Legend is a tall pillar stove with stone all the way up, and in a room used by more than one household it wants a guard. Harvia makes two, cut to different Legend bodies: the SASPO240 for the Legend series generally and the SASPO241 for the Legend 150 and 150 SL.
Which one fits
Order on the stove, not on the look. The SASPO241 is cut for the Legend 150 and the 150 SL exterior-feed version. The SASPO240 covers the wider Legend bodies. If you are not certain which Legend you own, the model is on the rating plate and a photograph of it is enough for us to confirm.
BEFORE YOU ORDER: THE SAFETY DISTANCES STILL APPLY
Harvia states that where a guard rail is installed around a stove, the safety distances in the installation instructions must still be observed. A railing stops someone touching the stove; it does not let the stove sit closer to a bench or a wall. If you are trying to solve a clearance problem, the part you want is a protective sheath, not a railing. Note also that the SASPO242 bracket kit is a separate part and is not included with either railing.

Why a Legend in particular wants a guard
Most sauna heaters put their hot surface at waist height or above, where an adult naturally keeps clear. The Legend is a full-height pillar with exposed stone from close to the floor upward, so the hot surface starts at the height of a child's shoulder and continues past head height. That is a different risk profile from a bench-height wall heater, and it is why guards get specified more often on this range than on any other Harvia stove.
Fitting and finish
Both railings mount to the stove rather than to the floor or wall, so no fixing goes into the room structure and nothing has to be drilled into a finished bench. Both are finished to match the Legend body. If your install also needs the SASPO242 bracket kit, order it at the same time so the whole assembly arrives together rather than in two deliveries.
