Harvia Smoke Pipe: the 115 mm run between the stove and the chimney
Every Harvia wood stove connects at 115 mm, and the pipe from the stove collar to the chimney is almost never included. These are the four sections that cover most runs: the WZ11520 at 200 mm, the WZ11550 at 500 mm and the WZ115100 at 1000 mm in stainless steel, plus the WZ050M at 500 mm in black.
Work out the run before you order
Measure from the stove collar to where the pipe enters the chimney, then make that up from the available lengths. The 200 mm section is the one people forget: it is what closes a short gap without cutting, and cutting a smoke pipe to length is not something to do on site. Match the finish to the stove and to any visible chimney above it.
BEFORE YOU ORDER: THE PIPE HAS ITS OWN SAFETY DISTANCES
An unshielded 115 mm smoke pipe needs 500 mm to combustible material at the front, behind and each side, 0 mm to non-combustible, and 1000 mm to the ceiling. The WZ020130 radiation shield brings the 500 mm down to 250 mm. These are separate from the stove clearances and both have to be met. Chimney work is a job for a certified installer and is usually subject to local permit. A stove that clears its own safety distances can still fail on the pipe run, so measure both before you buy anything.
