Warranty Policy

Halotherapy Solutions warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms:

Effective Date: The warranty begins on the invoice date of the original purchase.

Eligibility: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Customer Updates: Customers must inform us of any changes to contact details to ensure continued communication regarding warranty or safety notices.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty becomes void if:

• Equipment is used improperly or outside intended use.

• Stored outdoors or in areas lacking proper climate/humidity control.

• Damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service, or modifications.

• Safety and maintenance instructions outlined in manuals are not followed.

Exclusions:

• Cosmetic damage (finish, cuts, stains, burns, pet damage, etc.)

• Shipping fees, installation costs, and customs charges for replacement parts.

• Damage caused by corrosive or chemical cleaners.

Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, Halotherapy Solutions will:

• Repair or replace defective parts.

• Issue a refund for the defective product.

• Provide an equivalent fabric or material if the original is unavailable (in cases of fabric-related issues).

How to File a Warranty Claim

2. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. No warranty service will be provided without an RA number.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
