• Effective Date: The warranty takes effect from the invoice date of the original purchase.
• Warranty Duration: Specific warranty periods are as follows:
  • 5-year warranty on all saunas.
  • Lifetime warranty on halogenerators.
  • 2-year warranty on HaloPocket.
• Warranty Scope: This warranty covers the equipment while it remains with the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required.
• Update Responsibility: Customers should inform Halotherapy Solutions of any contact information changes to ensure effective communication for replacements or safety notices.

Warranty Limitations: The warranty is void if:

• Equipment is not used as intended, stored outdoors, or in environments lacking proper climate/humidity control.
• The equipment is subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modifications.
• Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines are not adhered to as specified in equipment manuals.

Coverage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Damage to the finish of equipment.
• Shipping charges, customs clearance fees, or costs incurred in installing replacement parts.
• Damage due to cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, or damage caused by abrasive, corrosive, or chemical cleansers.

Warranty Remedies: During the warranty period, Halotherapy Solutions will, at its discretion:

• Repair or replace defective parts, provided the failure is due to manufacturing or material defects.
• Offer a refund for the defective product.
• Provide an equivalent fabric if the original is unavailable, in case of fabric damage.

Eligibility and Conditions:

• Eligibility: This warranty is exclusively for the consumer who originally purchased the product. It is not transferable to subsequent owners.
• Claim Conditions: Claims must be made within the specified warranty period for each part, and the product must have been used solely for its intended purpose following safety and maintenance guidelines.

What's Not Covered:

• Damages due to transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or external events beyond our control.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

• Process: Contact Customer Service at info@recovathlete.co to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number during the warranty period. No warranty service is provided without this number.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the defective product. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, direct or indirect. This limitation may not apply in some states due to legal restrictions.
