This warranty activates on the original purchase invoice date and adheres to the time limits specified herein. We assure our products will be free from material or workmanship defects during the warranty period. In case of a defect believed to be covered by this warranty, follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts conforming to warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at BASI Systems' discretion, under these conditions:
- The issue is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.
- The part is used solely for its intended purpose, complying with safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines.

- The defect is not due to exposure to harmful chemicals, natural or chemical abrasives.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exercises can't I do on the Alma that I could on the Wunda or Elite Combo?
The Alma doesn't include handles — so arm work (arm pulls, chest expansion, salute, triceps) requires a combo chair. For the foundational pedal exercises — footwork, side-lying, and seated work — the Alma covers everything.
Is there an upgrade path if I want handles later?
The Alma doesn't add handles post-purchase. When you're ready for handles, the Wunda Chair or Elite Wood Combo Chair would be the next step. You'd sell or keep the Alma as a secondary chair.
What's the difference between this and the Baby Chair at this price point?
The Baby Chair is a compact format — smaller footprint and lower height profile. The Alma is the standard entry-level format. If you specifically need the compact size, choose the Baby Chair. For standard chair dimensions at the lowest price, choose the Alma.
