Misuse, negligence, and any resulting injuries or damages are not covered under this warranty. Note that this is a parts-only warranty; labor and service costs are not included.

Natural Palm Thatch Warranty: The Natural Palm Thatch comes with a one-year warranty.

Canadian Timber Collection & Dundalk Units: Our Canadian Timber Collection saunas come with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This excludes regular wear and tear, weather effects, and maintenance tasks such as tightening bands and cleaning, as outlined in the sauna assembly manual.
