Prepare your space beforehand for easy sauna installation, including studding, insulation, and 3/4" plywood for panel mounting. Choose from "Euro-Trim" or "Full-Length" design (additional 10% charge). With the Euro-trim option, you can easily remove and replace lower boards without having to redo the entire wall. Or, opt for full-length boards up to 84" for maximum coverage.

• Delivery Timelines:
  • Standard Items: In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days.
  • Large Items: Items requiring pallet shipping may take up to 14 business days.

Damaged Shipments

Return Policy

General Returns

• Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return Window: Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or gift certificate (less shipping and handling fees).
• Return Conditions:
  • Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, with all manufacturer documentation.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Installed equipment
• Buckets, ladles, backrests, and headrests
• Aromatherapy oils, towels
• Room kits (modular and pre-cut), steam cabinets, and doors
• Custom-made products

Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will only be issued if the items are in resalable condition.
