Order & Tracking

• Order confirmation by email.

• Tracking sent within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages / Wrong Item

• At delivery, inspect the box. Note damage with the driver or refuse.

• Same day: take photos and email info@recovathlete.com with your order number.

• If defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover shipping to fix it.

Returns (6 Months)

• Return within 180 days of delivery.

• Condition: “Like New,” no wear, with all original packaging and accessories.

• You pay return shipping unless defective/damaged/incorrect.

• Start: email info@recovathlete.com for an RMA. Ship back within 14 days of approval.

• Refund issued to original payment after inspection.

Cancellations

• Before shipment: full refund.

• After shipment: treat as a return (you pay return shipping).

Not Eligible

• One-time/temporary use purchases (events, promos, trade shows).

• Items missing packaging/accessories or showing wear/usage damage.
