        • Freight Shipping: Large items ship via box truck to curbside or loading dock. The carrier will call to schedule delivery.

        Return Policy

        • Return Window: Request within 30 days of delivery
        • Condition: Unused, original packaging, like-new condition
        • Authorization: RMA required (returns without RMA will be refused)
        • Return Shipping: Paid by customer
        • Restocking Fee: 15% on all returns
        • Refunds: Issued within 14 business days of return receipt
