Shipping

Standard Shipping — FREE (4–7 business days)

• Carrier: USPS or similar.
• Tracking: emailed after dispatch. It may take 24–48 hours to activate.
• Signature: required. If no one is available, the carrier may return the package to sender after the first attempt.
• If returned to sender, re-ship fees apply.

Priority Shipping — $50 (2–4 business days)

• May hand off to local post office via a consolidator such as UPS Mail Innovations.
• Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours.
• Signature required. Return-to-sender rules are the same as above.

Expedited Shipping — $100 (Next-Day or 2-Day, contiguous USA only)

• Order cutoff for same-day dispatch: 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Next-Day: delivered by 7:00 PM next business day.
• 2-Day: delivered within two business days.
• Weekend timing: orders placed Fri after 5:00 PM ET through Mon 7:00 PM ET arrive Tuesday for Next-Day.
• Signature required. Package may be returned after one attempt if no one is present.

Address changes and cancellations

• We can modify or cancel only before an order ships. After dispatch, changes are not possible.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

• Marked “delivered”: report within 48 hours so we can open a carrier investigation.
• In-transit delays: we will help track and escalate with the carrier.
• Visible damage on delivery: note it with the driver, photograph the box and contents, and email us within 48 hours.

Returns

14-Day Customer Remorse Period

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to each device returned during this period.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Condition requirements

• Item must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, packaging materials, plastics, and inserts.
• Items with missing parts, heavy wear, or damaged packaging may incur additional fees in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
• We do not accept returns of items that have been tampered with. Examples include missing screws, cracked casing, disassembly, or any condition that voids the Limited Warranty.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required

• Email Info@almagia.com within 14 days of purchase to obtain an RA number.
• Returns must include a matching serial number and the RA on the label. Returns without an RA or matching serial will be refused.
• Ship your return within 7 days of RA issuance.
• Use insured, trackable shipping. Almagia International is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit.
• Shipping insurance is required for all RA and refund returns.

Refund timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, minus the restocking fee and any shipping or return costs.
• Paid shipping fees ($50 Priority and $100 Expedited) are non-refundable once the order ships.
• Allow 7–10 business days from receipt at our facility for processing.

Non-eligible returns

• Purchases from other retailers or marketplaces.
• Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper handling.
• Consumables or accessories marked non-returnable on the product page.

Exchanges

• Processed as a return under this policy and a separate new purchase.

Legal

By purchasing from Almagia International, you agree to this Shipping and Returns Policy, including RA requirements, restocking fees, shipping charges, and the insurance requirement for returned items. This policy is a legally binding document.

Almagia International — Limited Two-Year Warranty

• Coverage period: 2 years from purchase date.

What we do

• Repair or replace a device with a manufacturer defect.
• Replacement model may be equivalent if the original is unavailable.

What’s not covered

• Misuse or use outside the manual.
• Using longer sessions than specified.
• Accidental or intentional damage. Drops or neglect.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
• Tampering or modification (opened, unscrewed, altered units).
• Damage that happens while the carrier has the package.

Shipping damage

• File a claim with the carrier’s insurance.
• Not handled under this warranty.

How to make a claim

1. Email Info@almagia.com for an RA number.
   Include order number, purchase date, serial number, issue description, photos or a short video.
2. Wait for RA approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the device with the RA number on the box. Use insured, trackable shipping.
4. We inspect the device on arrival.

What to include

• Proof of purchase from Almagia International.
• Matching serial number on the unit.
• RA number on the label.
• Photos or video of the issue.

After inspection

• Covered: we repair or replace the device.
• Not covered: we return it to you at your expense and explain why.

Limits

• This warranty gives specific legal rights. Other rights may vary by state.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• No reseller or agent can change this warranty.
