Is the Half Cadillac frame made of maple like the reformer?
No. Only the reformer is solid North American maple. The Half Cadillac is the standard Align-Pilates tower frame and attaches to the reformer via M-Series brackets. It complements the maple reformer visually and is engineered to match its performance standards.
What is a Half Cadillac and what can I do with it?
A Half Cadillac is a partial trapeze table structure that mounts to a reformer. It gives you access to most of the full Cadillac repertoire including arm springs, push-through bar work, pull-down bar exercises, standing Pilates, and mat conversion work. It does not include hanging or full trapeze exercises, which require a Full Cadillac.
Can the Half Cadillac be removed if I upgrade to a full Cadillac later?
Yes. The Half Cadillac attaches via M-Series brackets and can be removed. If you later add a full Cadillac frame to the M8-Pro, the same reformer supports it.
Does this bundle include everything I need to teach the full method?
