Align-Pilates equipment is backed by manufacturer warranties issued directly by Align-Pilates Equipment Ltd. The warranty that applies to your purchase depends on the product type. All warranties are for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

RecovAthlete is an authorized dealer of Align-Pilates equipment. All purchases qualify for full manufacturer warranty protection through Align-Pilates and their exclusive North American distributor, Kloz Inc.

Commercial Warranty — A, C & M Series Reformers

Applies to: A8-Pro, C8-Pro, C8-S Pro, C8-PRO Noir, M8-Pro, Full & Half Cadillac systems

Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

Springs — studios with 6+ reformers 1 year or 3,000 hours, whichever comes first
Upholstery 90 days from delivery (manufacturing defects only)

Note: wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units. Springs showing signs of damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.

Light Commercial Warranty — R8-Pro & F3 Reformers

Applies to: R8-Pro (Black & White), F3 Folding Reformer

Covers domestic use and limited commercial usage up to 20 hours per week. User weight limit: 120 kg / 265 lbs. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical component that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

Note: commercial use beyond 20 hours per week voids the warranty on these models.

Commercial Warranty — Combo Chairs & Ladder Barrels

Applies to: Combo Chair III, Ladder Barrel RC

Covers domestic and commercial usage up to 37.5 hours per week. User weight limit: 150 kg / 330 lbs.

Moving mechanisms include the Rapid Change Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair locking handles. Springs showing damage or wear must be replaced immediately regardless of age.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Superficial scratches to the finish
  • Upholstery tears, cuts, burns, stains, or damage from improper use (jewelry, inappropriate clothing)
  • Rust from improper storage — store in a clean, dry environment; in coastal areas, wipe down regularly and minimize exposure to sea air
  • Shipping costs, customs fees, or installation costs for warranty parts
  • Equipment used outside of recognized Pilates repertoire

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Contact us at 866-861-6317 or support@recovathlete.com to initiate a claim
  2. We will contact Align-Pilates or their authorized North American distributor on your behalf
  3. A return authorization number (RNA) will be issued if a return is required — items returned without an RNA will not be accepted
  4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for inspection
  5. Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only
