1-person hemlock saunas from Dynamic operate on standard 120V household power — no electrical work required. Footprint approximately 3×3 feet. Suitable for apartments, small bathrooms, and home offices where space is the primary constraint. Heat-up time approximately 15–20 minutes.

3–4 person hemlock saunas from HealthSmart require a dedicated 240V circuit. Interior space is comfortable for 2–3 users in standard bench configuration. These units are the most common choice for families adding a permanent home sauna and represent the sweet spot between capacity and installation complexity.
