Lagree Fitness Return and Warranty Policy

Our (No) Return Policy

At Lagree Fitness, we are confident in the quality of our equipment and accessories. You'll notice the difference in your body when using our products, especially when you see yourself in the mirror. Therefore, our return policy is straightforward: We do not offer returns. Once you start using our products, such as the Micro, you'll find your clothes fitting better and your body looking tighter and healthier. This improvement means that a return policy won't be necessary for you.

Our machines and accessories deliver on their promises, and we rely on you to make the most of them. Our no-return policy is firm to avoid confusion and frustration, ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping costs low for both us and you.

Don’t Panic - Your Purchase Is Protected

One-Year Warranty

While we don't offer returns, your purchase is protected by a one-year warranty from the day of delivery. If your merchandise arrives defective (which is unlikely), Maximum Fitness, Inc. will assess and either repair or replace your order.

Warranty Limitations:

  • The warranty only applies if our machines and accessories are used exclusively for the Lagree Fitness Training Method.
  • Misuse, such as using the equipment for Pilates, CrossFit, Jazzercise, or any non-Lagree methods, voids the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or damage during shipping.
  • Incorrect assembly or unauthorized use also voids the warranty.
  • Accessories purchased separately after the original purchase are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage due to improper use, negligence, or during shipping.
  • Unauthorized use or storage.
  • Wear and tear from normal use (rips, stains, fraying, etc.).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Lagree Licensing is required when Lagree products are beig used for commercial purposes

Here is the latest info on the license and the equipment.

Option A

The License Fee is $3,990 a year regardless of the number of Megaformer machines in operation at one studio.

The fee can be paid as follows:

  • Four Hundred Ninety Dollars ($490.00 U.S.) upon execution of this Agreement;
  • Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00 U.S.) six months after execution of this Agreement;
  • Three Thousand Nine-Hundred Ninety Dollars ($3,990.00 U.S.) on each anniversary date of the Agreement
  • This fee is per studio. All payments shall be paid by direct deposits. Payment shall continue for the period during which the license is in effect, without limitations.

Option B

The License Fee depends on the number of Megaformers in operation at one studio:

  • $8,000 for the operation of 1 Mega (complimentary training not included)
  • $15,000 for the operation of 2 Megas (complimentary training not included)
  • $25,000 for the operation of 3 and 4 Megas (complimentary training not included)
  • $35,000 for the operation of 5 to 7 Megas (complimentary training not included)
  • $55,000 for the operation of 8 to 16 Megas (4 day complimentary training at your site included in the fee)
  • $65,000 for the operation of 17 to 20 Megas (4 day complimentary training at your site included in the fee)
  • $75,000 for the operation of 21 or more Megas (4 day complimentary training at your site included in the fee)

For licensing fee $25,000 and more, the fee can be paid as follow:

  • $15,000 upon signing + monthly payments of $1,000 each (monthly payments depend on the balance), beginning upon the equipment delivery or 9 month of signing the agreement whichever occurs first.
  • If you execute the $25,000 license, you owe $10,000 after the initial payment of $15,000; there will be 10 monthly payments of $1,000.
  • If you execute the $35,000 license, you owe $20,000 after the initial payment of $15,000; there will be 20 monthly payments of $1,000.
  • If you execute the $55,000 license, you owe $40,000 after the initial payment of $15,000; there will be 40 monthly payments of $1,000. And so on.

Please note that the payment plan detailed above is only for studios operating in the USA.
Please note that the license fee does NOT include the cost of the Megas, shipping, crating, and the accessories.

Order Confirmation

  • Confirmation Email: Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, indicating we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.
  • Stock Availability: If your item(s) is ready for immediate shipment, we'll process the charges and proceed with shipping. For backordered or out-of-stock items, we'll contact you to decide if you wish to wait.
  • Order Accuracy: It’s crucial to review your order confirmation email to ensure all product details are correct.

Customer Responsibilities Before Ordering

Ensure the item(s) can fit the intended space and can be moved through doors, corridors, and staircases in its packaging. Returns due to sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility (applicable only for returnable products).

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Times: In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-made products might take up to 2 weeks before shipping.
  • Lead Times: Shipping times may extend during holidays, rush periods, or due to supplier backlogs. We will inform you via email for your permission to proceed in such cases.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Details can be found on each product page.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the USA, excluding PO Boxes, military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska.
  • Address Changes: Once an order has shipped, address changes are not permitted. Returns due to address changes will incur fees as per our policy.
  • Freight Shipping: Some products require insured freight shipping, which differs from standard ground shipping. All shipments are delivered curbside by default.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Within 24 hours of dispatch, we'll send tracking details to your email. If you don't receive this information within the estimated shipping time, please contact us.
  • Troubleshooting: Check your spam/junk folders for the email. For tracking issues, contact the carrier directly with the provided information.


  • Freight Carrier Deliveries: These require scheduling a delivery appointment. It’s the customer's responsibility to schedule this with the carrier.
  • Appointment Flexibility: Appointments are subject to change and not guaranteed. We recommend proactive communication with the carrier.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations due to delivery issues are not accepted. We rely on the freight company to resolve any shipping issues.
  • Adult Presence Required: Someone over 18 must be present to receive the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading.

Receiving Freight Shipments

  • Box Count: Verify you have all boxes as per the bill of lading. Report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Inspect for Damage: Check for visible damage before accepting delivery. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Liability: Failing to report damage at the time of delivery waives your right to file shipping insurance claims.

  • Professional Installation: Available for an additional fee, performed by external parties. We are not liable for any installation-related damages.
