This warranty, which applies to all Lagree Fitness equipment and services that Maximum Fitness, Inc. sells, offers comprehensive coverage. Please read the full terms to understand what's covered, what's not, and how to maintain eligibility.

Warranty Duration

Your Lagree Fitness equipment is protected by a 1-year limited warranty starting from delivery.

✅ What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials or artistry
• Shipping damage, if reported within 5 days of receiving your order

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear — including fraying, rust, paint chips, stains, or cracking plastic
• Damage caused by improper assembly or installation
• Misuse, negligence, or abuse of the equipment
• Use of the machine for non-Lagree workouts (e.g., Pilates, CrossFit)
• Equipment stored in unauthorized locations
• Damage caused by user handling
• Accessories purchased separately after the initial order

Usage Requirements

To remain under warranty, equipment must be:

• Used exclusively for the Lagree Fitness Training Method
• Operated according to official usage guidelines
• Free of any modifications or blended methods

Using the machine outside of the Lagree system immediately voids the warranty.

Installation Responsibility

You're responsible for adequately assembling and installing the equipment.

Damage caused by incorrect setup or unqualified assembly is not covered.

Reporting Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged, here's what to do:

1. Contact Lagree Fitness within 5 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and include clear photos or videos of the damage
3. If approved:

When the Warranty is Voided

Your warranty becomes void if:

• Equipment is stored in unauthorized conditions
• The machine is used with non-Lagree methods
• You modify the technique or equipment
• Damage occurs due to misuse or mishandling

We expressly disclaim any implied warranties, including:
