At RecovAthlete, we handle the shipping of our sauna units directly from our warehouse to your location, ensuring that each sauna is brand new and shipped without involving third parties. We offer delivery across the USA, typically within 8-10 business days for models that are in stock. Since our stock levels can vary, we recommend contacting us for specific delivery timelines. Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Our shipments include a lift gate service, enabling the safe and gradual lowering of your sauna crate onto your driveway.

Residential Delivery

We provide a standard residential delivery service, ensuring the sauna is delivered directly to your home.

Commercial Delivery

We also offer commercial delivery to any business location in the US or Canada at no extra cost.

Packaging and Protection

To guarantee your sauna arrives in pristine condition, we employ additional protective measures in our packaging. This includes standard materials like cardboard and styrofoam, along with corner protectors and a reinforced shipping pallet crafted from high-grade lumber.

Pre-Delivery Notification

We inform each customer by phone when their sauna leaves our warehouse. Furthermore, we will contact you before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery window, ensuring you are available to receive and inspect the shipment. The shipping company will not arrive unannounced.

Acceptance and Inspection Policy

Upon delivery, the purchaser must be present to accept the sauna. It's crucial to examine the packaging for any signs of damage, such as tears or holes. Please do not sign the delivery receipt until you have thoroughly checked and are satisfied that the sauna is in perfect condition. Noted damages at the time of delivery will be covered by our warranty. However, damages reported later without any recorded exceptions on the delivery receipt will not be eligible for coverage. We advise opening the packages within three days of delivery to verify the product's condition. In case of any internal damage with no external packaging damage, please contact the shipping company and SunRay Saunas immediately at 800.976.5530. Any internal damage must be reported within three business days of delivery to be eligible for coverage.

Return Policy

If you've purchased an item from sunraysaunas.com, you're eligible to return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse, provided it remains brand new and uninstalled. To ensure a successful return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original crate. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including shrink wrap, tape, and foam. If the returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both original and return, even if the original shipping was free. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the item's purchase price, minus the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Products Policy

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately. You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any broken or defective items. If you discover a defect or damage, contact us at 1.800.976.5530. We will replace or repair defective or broken items at no charge upon receiving notification. After 30 days, any issues with broken or defective items will fall under our standard warranty policy, detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours provided they haven't been shipped yet. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after it's been shipped, you will be responsible for original and return shipping charges, plus any re-consignment fees from the trucking company.

Cancellations will be refunded in the original payment method used during the order placement.

Sales Tax

SunRay Saunas assures that its products are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a duration of seven years following the purchase date. The buyer is fully accountable for the correct usage, functioning, and installation of the product, which is designated solely for residential use.

Commercial usage will invalidate the warranty. Furthermore, the buyer agrees to absolve SunRay Saunas of any legal action, judgments, or liability claims stemming from the product's utilization. SunRay Saunas disclaims responsibility for any damages or losses due to improper installation.

Buyers must ensure the product complies with local regulations. If a product non-compliant with local codes is purchased, returns are permissible under specific conditions: the product must be uninstalled and in original packaging for a return, subject to original and return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Opened or repackaged products incur a 25% restocking fee.

SunRay Saunas offers a 7-Year Warranty against material and craftsmanship defects. For warranty service, complete the enclosed warranty registration card and send it with a valid sales receipt. Contact warranty@sunraysaunas.com for further assistance. This warranty covers the sauna structure and heating elements, while the radio has a 1-Year Warranty. Warranty claims require a receipt and are resolved by repair or replacement. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or natural events is excluded. This warranty is exclusive and supersedes other warranties or liabilities. Indoor use is a requirement for the warranty.

Avoid using lacquers, paints, or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. The sauna should not be placed on unapproved surfaces or outdoors. Surface cracks are not deemed defects as they are typical of wood.

WARRANTY AND PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It applies to products made after October 1, 2010.

WARRANTY FULFILLMENT

SunRay Saunas will replace or fund repairs for covered defects. Installed products are non-returnable, and travel or labor costs are not covered. Report defects to SunRay Saunas promptly for inspection.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTALLERS

Installers must check the sauna for damage before installation. SunRay Saunas is not liable for issues that could have been identified and resolved before installation. Transit damage is the carrier's responsibility, and must be reported immediately.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damages from abuse, accidents, or improper installation. Alterations or unauthorized repairs void the warranty. SunRay Saunas is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, subject to state law variations.
