OxyNova Lifetime Warranty Policy
OxyNova offers a limited lifetime warranty on all hyperbaric chambers and essential components. This warranty applies to both personal and commercial use, making it one of the most comprehensive in the industry.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes all primary chamber components and necessary accessories when the system is used and maintained as instructed. If a defect is found, OxyNova will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Shipping costs (including return shipping)
- Regular maintenance or servicing
- Damage from misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Any damage that occurs during transportation
Transferability
This warranty is transferable. You do not need to be the original buyer to be eligible. However, the product must be registered with OxyNova or through an authorized dealer, and a valid proof of purchase is required when making a claim.
How to File a Claim
To start a warranty claim:

- Include your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection before repairs or replacement are approved
