The Practitioner aims to enrich therapeutic sessions by integrating Vibration Therapy. Techniques like chiropractic, massage, kinesiology, acupressure, acupuncture, hypnosis, NLP, holistic healing, and addiction recovery can be elevated using the inHarmony system. Incorporating tactile transducers and headphones can amplify the effectiveness of your sessions, helping clients find calmness and assimilate the benefits.
Matching the size of a standard massage table, the Practitioner boasts a flat foam surface with a face cut-out to ensure ideal positioning. Enhance facial relaxation with vibroacoustic therapy that eases sinuses and calms the mind.
Its portability is another bonus. The Practitioner can be folded and stored in a water-resistant bag, equipped with ample storage for an amplifier, accessories, and other essentials.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. From the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to initiate a return.
Terms & Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Product Condition: The inHarmony product must be in "like new" condition.
Original Packaging: Technology items must be returned in their original packaging, ready for resale.
Clothing: Must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required, or we must be able to verify your order.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. For any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to address and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For queries regarding specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges
For an exchange, return the original item. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days from approval. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. You will receive notifications about the progress of your refund.

Our goal at inHarmony Interactive, Inc. is to provide innovative and high-quality products that enhance your wellbeing. This limited warranty assures that your inHarmony product is protected against certain defects and issues within specified limitations.
Warranty Coverage Details:
2-Year Warranty on Specific Items: The mattress, cushion, platform, and parts are covered for two years. This warranty is valid when items are returned to our San Diego warehouse. Beyond two years, you are responsible for labor and part costs for repairs.
Electronic Components: Warranted by their respective manufacturers. This includes items like amplifiers, headphones, and cables. You should fill out warranty cards for each component upon receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements.
Shipping Costs: Freight charges to and from our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
