2-Year Warranty on Specific Items: The mattress, cushion, platform, and parts are covered for two years. This warranty is valid when items are returned to our San Diego warehouse. Beyond two years, you are responsible for labor and part costs for repairs.

Electronic Components: Warranted by their respective manufacturers. This includes items like amplifiers, headphones, and cables. You should fill out warranty cards for each component upon receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements.

Shipping Costs: Freight charges to and from our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Faux Leather Cover:
- Covered for 60 days against material defects, excluding stains, snags, wear & tear, and abuse. Replacement covers are available for purchase. Factory can repair seams and zippers (charges apply).

- Approval and authorization by inHarmony Interactive, Inc. are required for warranty service.
- Troubleshooting through video or video conference precedes warranty approval.
- Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is needed for returns. Original or approved packaging must be used for returns. Shipping costs are customer's responsibility. Returns without a valid RMA or not marked clearly on the box will be refused.
General Limitations:
- Warranty valid only if the product is used as per the user guide and not misused or damaged beyond our control.
- All service under this warranty must be approved by inHarmony Interactive, Inc. and performed by authorized technicians.
- Warranty applies only to specific inHarmony products (Sound Lounge, Practitioner, Meditation Cushion), excluding accessories or enhancements.
- Cosmetic items like fabrics, woods, foams, padding, and plastic covers are not included in the warranty.
- inHarmony Interactive Inc. is not liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure.
- Separate terms apply for used/refurbished products including those received out-of-box.
