This warranty activates on the original purchase invoice date and adheres to the time limits specified herein. Warranty Conditions

We assure our products will be free from material or workmanship defects during the warranty period. In case of a defect believed to be covered by this warranty, follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts conforming to warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at BASI Systems' discretion, under these conditions:

The issue is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.
The part is used solely for its intended purpose, complying with safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines.
The defect is not caused by wear and tear, fabric damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with instructions.
The defect is not due to exposure to harmful chemicals, natural or chemical abrasives.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted if they are authorized by RecovAthlete, except for products designated as non-returnable.

Defective Equipment

Warranty Service: Defective equipment will be handled according to the product's warranty, either through repair or replacement.

Return Process
