How much ceiling height do I need for vertical storage?
Approximately 10 feet. The reformer is 97 inches tall when standing on its end, plus you need clearance above for safe handling. Standard 8-foot ceilings are not sufficient for upright storage.
Can a tower be added to this reformer?
No. The Fit Reformer is not tower-compatible. For tower functionality, the MVe® Reformer accepts an optional tower and is the correct choice.
Is it suitable for tall users (5'9" – 6'2")?
Yes. The 97-inch frame with approximately 70-inch carriage pad accommodates users up to 6 feet 2 inches with full exercise range. The 4-position footbar adjusts for different leg lengths. Max user weight is 300 lbs.
Does it fit through a standard doorway when stored vertically?
Yes. At 25 inches wide, the reformer fits through standard 30–32 inch doors when standing on its end.

What is the difference between the Fit Reformer and the Casa Reformer? +
The Fit Reformer sits between the Casa and MVe in the Peak Pilates lineup. It features a sturdier aluminum frame, smoother carriage bearings, and a wider footbar with three height positions. The Fit is better suited for frequent daily use and heavier users, while the Casa is optimized for occasional home use and compact storage.
Does the Fit Reformer come in different colors? +
Yes. The Fit Reformer is available in grey and black frame options. Both colors use the same internal components and performance specs. Choose the color that best matches your home gym or studio decor. Each color option is a separate bundle listing with its own SKU.
What accessories are included with the Fit Reformer Bundle? +
The Fit Reformer Bundle includes the reformer, a jumpboard, and a box set. The reformer ships with five springs, ropes, straps, a padded carriage, adjustable headrest, and a three-position footbar. Everything arrives ready to assemble and use without purchasing additional accessories.
Can the Fit Reformer handle daily studio use? +
The Fit Reformer handles moderate commercial use well. Its aluminum frame is lighter than the MVe steel frame but still rated for regular daily sessions. Studios running ten or more classes per day may prefer the MVe or Artistry lines, but the Fit is a solid choice for smaller studios and heavy home use.

Limited Studio Line Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
- Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. guarantees that their equipment will be free from defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser.
- This warranty excludes labor charges for replacing covered components.
- Repaired or replaced parts under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
- The warranty is valid from the invoice date of the original purchase from an authorized Peak Pilates® dealer.
Lifetime Warranty Products:
- The following Peak Pilates® products have a lifetime warranty on frame structural components:
- Reformers
- Total Workout System®
- Cadillacs
10-Year Warranty Products:
- A 10-year warranty on frame structural components for:
- Barrels
- Chairs
- Wall Systems
- Ped-O-Pul
1-Year Warranty Products:
- The Pilatesstick®, all springs, and other mechanical components.
90-Day Warranty Products:
- Upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops.
Limitations and Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, imperfections within design specifications, or damage due to acts of God, accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, abnormal service or handling, improper installation, or operation. Also excluded are alterations or modifications of the product.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- Contact Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. Product Support at 800.847.7746 for replacement parts.
- Proof of purchase required for warranty coverage verification and issuance of a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returned parts must be shipped prepaid with a packing list or tag bearing the RMA number and customer name.
- Claims of shipping damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Repair and Inspection:
- Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. reserves the right to inspect defective parts.
- Shipping costs for inspection to be borne by the original purchaser.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
- In certain cases, a designated repair facility may be used for inspection and cost estimation.
Disclaimer and Liability Limitations:
- This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
- Repair or replacement is the sole remedy for the purchaser.
