The warranty does not cover the following:
Shipping costs (including return shipping)
Regular maintenance or servicing
Damage from misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper care
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear over time
Any damage that occurs during transportation
Transferability
This warranty is transferable. You do not need to be the original buyer to be eligible. However, the product must be registered with OxyNova or through an authorized dealer, and a valid proof of purchase is required when making a claim.
