Blue light targets surface chromophores in hemoglobin and melanin, while near-infrared supports deeper tissue. The result is a compact, flexible pad that may help with skin clarity, comfort, and localized recovery—at home or in professional settings.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours at the email address provided during checkout. If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact our support team at support@recovathlete.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival.
If you notice any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt when signing.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, email clear photos to support@recovathlete.com within 24 hours. We’ll immediately process an insurance claim and assist with a replacement or resolution.
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of shipment status.
If your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping costs and credit card processing fees.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We accept returns on all LS Pro Systems products if they meet the following conditions:
Contact us at support@recovathlete.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us and clearly mark it on the outside of the return package.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
To initiate an exchange:
Contact support@recovathlete.com within 30 days of receipt.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and write it clearly on the return package.
All returned items must be carefully packed, insured, and shipped in original packaging.
Customers assume responsibility for any damage or expenses incurred during return shipping.
If the exchanged item is priced lower than the original, we’ll issue a refund for the difference. If it is higher, we will charge the difference to your original payment method. Adjustments are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges must comply with the timelines and conditions stated above.
Free shipping offers apply to initial delivery only. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All LS Pro Systems products come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing when the product is used as recommended by the manufacturer.
Any manufacturing or material defects discovered during normal use within one year of purchase.
If a covered defect occurs, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost for parts and labor.
This warranty does not cover:
Loss or theft.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage conditions.
Damage resulting from lightning, natural disasters, or other external causes.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the factory for warranty service.
If your product fails under warranty, your sole remedy is repair or replacement of the defective product.
