Site Preparation
- A flat, level, solid base must be in place before delivery
- Base preparation must be arranged separately
- Electrical installation not included in delivery service

- A licensed electrician must perform installation
- Proper installation documentation is required
- Warranty validation contingent on professional installation
Service Limitations
- Remote locations may be restricted to Curbside Delivery only
- Service availability subject to site assessment
- Additional fees may apply for challenging access points

Return Policy
We strive to make your return experience as smooth as possible. Please review our comprehensive return policy below.
Return Window
- 30-day return period from date of receipt
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and delivery note required
- Returns must be authorized prior to shipping
Return Policy:
Returns are only valid with a confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyers cost. Customers are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item's original cost if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded. Installed control packs, spas, pumps, and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Order Issues
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
