Medical Breakthrough massage chairs ship via freight carrier from U.S. distribution. These chairs weigh 275–435 lbs and cannot ship via standard parcel services. A freight truck will deliver to your address — someone must be present to accept the delivery.

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Tracking information is sent once your chair ships.

White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery is available. The crew brings the chair inside, places it in your chosen room, and removes all packaging. You do not need to handle a 300–435 lb box yourself. On Delivery Day

1. Inspect packaging before signing the delivery receipt — note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork before the driver leaves
2. Keep all original cartons, pads, and pallet — these are your responsibility from the point of delivery

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancel before the product ships and you will only be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee — this matches what the credit card company charges us to process the original payment.

Cancel after the 24-hour window and your chair has already shipped. You are then responsible for both outbound and return freight costs, regardless of any promotional offer at the time of purchase. To cancel, call 866-861-6317 as soon as possible after placing your order.

30-Day Trial & Returns

Once you receive your chair, you have 30 days to use it. If you are not satisfied for any reason, call 866-861-6317 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are not accepted without an RMA. You must ship the chair back within 30 days of the RMA being issued.

Return Conditions

• Chair must be in original, resalable condition with all product documentation
• Must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance
• Customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight charges and white-glove fees
• A 25% restocking fee applies regardless of any promotion offered at purchase

Once the chair is received and inspected, a refund is issued for the chair amount minus applicable fees.
