Luxury Spas USA Warranty Overview

• Applicability: Covers all Luxury Spas USA branded hot tubs bought directly from Luxury Spas USA Ltd and its authorized dealers. This certificate of warranty is non-transferable.

• Shell Warranty (10 years):

  • Protection against water loss due to structural failure for 10 years.
  • 5-year guarantee for acrylic shell surface against water loss from material defects like cracks and delamination.
  • Includes all necessary parts and labor for repairs.

• Electrical Equipment and Plumbing (2 years):

  • Guarantees pumps, heater, and control system against malfunctions from material and workmanship flaws for 2 years.
  • Only parts covered for repairs, labor costs excluded.
  • Warranty does not cover water leaks from pump and plumbing unions.

• Other Spa Components (2 years):

  • Guarantees components such as LED lights, fuses, and jet inserts against malfunctions from material and workmanship defects.
  • Covers parts required for repairs; does not include labor expenses.

• Spa Cover Warranty:

  • Guarantees the spa cover against material defects for 30 days from delivery.

• Warranty Terms:

  • Valid for the initial purchaser at the initial installation address.
  • Does not cover shipping costs for parts and charges for repairs from non-authorized centers.
  • Written consent from Luxury Spas USA needed for any reimbursable repairs.
  • Luxury Spas USA decides on the fault's nature and may replace the spa if deemed necessary, with the customer bearing installation costs.

• Performance:

  • Faults must be reported within 10 business days.
  • Telephone diagnosis followed by a technician visit if needed.
  • Charges for the technician visit apply if the issue is not manufacturing-related or covered by the warranty.

• Additional Warranties (30 days):

  • Cover, steps, light bulbs, headrests, skirt, and filter free of defects in workmanship or materials.
  • One-year guarantee for other factory-installed components like LED light system, stereo, and jets.

• Exclusions:

  • Warranty void in cases of alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, or damage from external causes.
  • Does not cover items added or installed after sale, nor does it cover access to components.
  • Commercial use completely voids warranty coverage.
  • Headrest pillow damage after delivery not covered; pillows should be removed when not in use.

• Service Requirements:

  • Original invoice or sales receipt needed for warranty service.
  • Guarantee service can be refused without proper documentation.

• Disclaimers:

  • Liability limited to the law's specifics, excluding indirect damages from defects.
  • Maximum liability is the original purchase price.
