Halotherapy Solutions guarantees all new equipment is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, under these terms:

Warranty Periods:

• 5 years on all saunas
• Lifetime warranty on halogenerators
• 2 years on HaloPocket
• Effective Date: Warranty starts from the invoice date of original purchase.
• Proof of Purchase: Required for all warranty claims.
• Original Purchaser Only: Warranty applies only to the original consumer and is non-transferable.

Warranty Scope & Limitations

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship for the specified period.
• Equipment as long as it remains with the original purchaser.

Warranty is void if:

• Equipment is used improperly, stored outdoors, or in unsuitable environments.
• There is accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modifications.
• Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines in the manual are not followed.
