Returns
14-Day Customer Remorse Period

Condition requirements

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required

- Returns must include a matching serial number and the RA on the label. Returns without an RA or matching serial will be refused.
- Ship your return within 7 days of RA issuance.
- Use insured, trackable shipping. Almagia International is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit.
- Shipping insurance is required for all RA and refund returns.
Refund timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, minus the restocking fee and any shipping or return costs.
- Paid shipping fees ($50 Priority and $100 Expedited) are non-refundable once the order ships.
