Every new HealthyLine device bought through RecovAthlete carries a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, either 1 year or 5 years depending on the product. Check your product page or contact us to confirm which term applies to your unit.

Register your device with HealthyLine to activate warranty coverage: healthyline.com/pages/warranty-register. Registration takes under a minute and speeds up any future claim. The serial number is on the warranty card or on the back of the mat under the product tag.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects under normal use, starting from your delivery date.
- Defective within the first year, not caused by misuse? You get a replacement, new or refurbished depending on availability.
- You'll need proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt, or card statement) and the unit's serial number.
- Contact us first. We'll troubleshoot, then get you an RGA number if the unit needs to go back.
- Send the controller back with the unit, folded correctly (stones facing inward, on the original fold lines).
- Warranty voids after one replacement, or if tags are cut, or the mat is folded the wrong way.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders cover shipping both ways.
- Unit must reach the HealthyLine warehouse within the 1-year window to qualify. After that, trade-in credit is still available.

Example: a $1,500 mat malfunctions 20 months in, inside year 2. Free replacement, prepaid return label. If the same mat malfunctions in year 3 instead, replacement runs $150 (10% deductible) plus shipping both ways.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and international customers cover shipping both ways in every year of coverage.
- Warranty starts on your delivery date and doesn't reset with a replacement unit.
- Voids after two replacements, or if tags are cut, or the mat is folded the wrong way (stones facing inward only, original fold lines).
- If inspection finds no defect or user damage instead, we'll return the unit to you at your cost, offer a trade-in, or dispose of it if you decline it back.
NOT COVERED
Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or negligent use. Cutting tags off the mat voids coverage immediately.

Call 866-861-6317 or email support@recovathlete.com with your order number, serial number, and a description of the issue. Photos or video may speed things up. We'll troubleshoot with you first, then get you an RGA number if the unit needs to come back.
