RecovAthlete is an authorized HealthyLine dealer. Orders ship direct from the HealthyLine warehouse in New York. Every device comes with a 90-day free trial, plus lifetime trade-in and upgrade options after that.

Processing and transit times

Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Transit time after that depends on your location.

These are estimates. Carriers don't guarantee delivery dates. Tracking updates can lag a day or two behind the package's real location.

Expedited shipping

Available at checkout on most orders for an added cost. Expedited orders typically arrive 2-3 days after they ship, depending on location. Not available on international orders.

DURING PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON

Carrier volume spikes around the holidays and can add delays on top of the estimates above. Order early if you need a gift to arrive by a specific date.

Orders of $2,500 or more

A HealthyLine representative will call or email to confirm any order at or above $2,500 before it ships. If they can't reach you or the contact info on file is wrong, the order goes on hold until you get in touch.

Tracking and delivery issues

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows a delivery problem, report it within 3 business days of the delivery date. After 3 days, a claim needs a police report to move forward.

If a carrier attempts delivery more than once without success and returns the package to the warehouse, you're responsible for any return shipping fees. If you cancel after your order has shipped, refuse the delivery when it arrives. Otherwise you're responsible for shipping it back under our 90-day return terms below.

Why your box might look opened

Every HealthyLine unit goes through a 35-point quality check after assembly, then gets tested again right before it ships to you. If your box looks like it's been opened, that's why.

Returns

90-day free trial

Not the right fit? Send it back within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

  • Product must be in working, original condition.
  • Contact us first with your order number so we can open a return and get you an RGA number.
  • Write the RGA number on a note inside the box. Include everything that shipped with the unit, controller and covers included.
  • You cover return shipping. The original shipping cost isn't refunded, even if it was free at checkout.
  • Once the unit arrives and passes inspection, we refund the product price.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders cover shipping both ways.

Lifetime trade-in

Any HealthyLine unit, any condition, any time. Trade it in for credit toward something new.

  • Credit equals 50% of the unit's original retail price.
  • Contact us with your order number to get an RGA number, then ship the unit in at your own cost.
  • Once it arrives, you get a coupon code for your trade-in credit.
  • Credit applies toward a new purchase worth at least double the credit amount.

Lifetime upgrade

Ready for something bigger or more advanced? Trade up and get full credit for your current unit's retail price.

  • Unit must be fully functional and in good cosmetic condition. If it's not, it falls under the trade-in policy instead.
  • Contact us with your order number to get an RGA number, then ship the unit in at your own cost.
  • Once it's confirmed functional, you get a coupon code for the full credit.
  • Credit applies toward a new purchase worth at least double the credit amount.
BEFORE YOU SHIP ANYTHING BACK

Get your RGA number first and send us the return tracking number. Fold mats inward only, stones facing in, on the original fold lines (medium mats fold in half, full-size mats fold into thirds). A mat folded the wrong way counts as misuse and can affect your claim.
