Every BioMat and Richway & Fuji Bio product sold through RecovAthlete carries a manufacturer-backed 3-year limited warranty, plus three optional protection programs you can use after the warranty period ends. As your authorized dealer, we coordinate every claim with Richway on your behalf.

Coverage starts on your delivery date and applies to the original purchaser only. It ends if you sell or transfer the product. Return shipping to the service center is on Richway for the first 3 months; after that, you cover the cost to ship the unit in, and Richway covers the cost to ship it back to you.
NOT COVERED
Normal wear, fading, damage from not following instructions, improper maintenance, or units bought used, opened, repaired, or resold through auction sites or bulk resellers.
Extended protection after your 3-year warranty
Once your standard warranty runs out, three programs let you keep protecting your BioMat without paying full retail price again.

Full replacement BioMat at 30% of current retail price plus shipping. No return shipping of your old unit required. Controller not included, keep using your current one if it still works. |

Trade any Richway product for 30% of its original purchase price as credit toward a new item. Credit applies to one new item only. You cover shipping both ways. |
| Controller Replacement |
7000MX controllers: replaced free with a recalibrated unit. 3000MX controllers: 50% of current controller price. Ship your old controller to Richway with your name, address, and issue description inside the box. |
30-day return window
Not happy with your purchase? Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the product cost. You cover return shipping. An RMA number is required before you ship anything back, and it must arrive at the return address within 2 weeks of the RMA being issued. Refunds process 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Products purchased through financing are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged, defective, or missing items
Keep the original packaging and contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Have your order number ready.
How to start a claim
Call 866-861-6317 or email support@recovathlete.com and we'll open your claim and coordinate with Richway directly. For the fastest response on a warranty issue specifically, you can also email Richway's warranty department at rma@richwayusa.co with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
