• Processing: We pack and book your shipment within 1–3 business days after payment and confirmation of your contact details.

3. Additional Fees

Warranty Policy

Five‑Year Limited Warranty

VBX Wellness warrants this machine against manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase, under normal and proper use. If a defect arises within this period, we will, at our option:

• Provide replacement parts or materials
• Issue a full refund of the purchase price

This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It replaces all prior oral or written warranties.
