• You will receive a confirmation email promptly after checkout, keeping you informed and in control of your order.

• In‑stock items ship in 1–3 business days.

• Custom or made‑to‑order items: up to 2 weeks before dispatch.

• In the case of back-orders, we will promptly email you with the option to wait or cancel your order.

• Continental USA (in stock): 4–8 business days after dispatch.

• Custom builds: 3–4 weeks to build + 3–4 weeks transit.

• Dates are estimates and may change due to holidays, weather, or supply‑chain delays.

2. Warranty Periods

• Structural frame/body: 2 years
• Motors: 1 year
• Mechanical and electrical parts: 1 year
• High‑wear console items (jacks, USB ports): 90 days
• Color or touch screens and media connectors: 90 days
• Labour: 1 year

Even after the warranty period, we've got you covered. Unlimited after‑warranty service is available by a separate agreement, providing you with continued support and reassurance.

3. How to File a Claim

1. Email vacuactivus@gmail.com (or your authorized distributor) within 30 days of noticing the issue.
2. Keep the unit accessible for inspection.
3. Vacuactivus will repair, replace, or ship parts within 90 days of written notice.

4. Not Covered

• Misuse, improper installation or relocation, modifications, or force‑majeure events (fire, flood, lightning).
• Normal‑wear consumables: belts, cables, hinges, upholstery, batteries, pads, seals, etc.
• Cosmetic issues or software updates that do not affect function.
• Rust, corrosion, or failures from poor maintenance or non‑OEM parts.
• Units with missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers.
• Labor after the stated period, installation corrections, or user‑training visits.
• Equipment installed outside the country of sale or by unauthorized installers.

5. When the Warranty Becomes Void

• Mechanical, thermal, or chemical abuse.
• Use outside the intended purpose or limits.
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Non‑approved cleaning agents, lubricants, or power sources.
• Unpaid balance: if full payment is not received within 30 days of delivery or installation, all free warranty and support end automatically.

6. Technical Support

• Email hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5:30 PM (Pacific / Central Europe).
• If a technician is unnecessary, we ship easy‑fit parts free during warranty.
• Work by non-authorized technicians is not reimbursed.

7. Limitations and Disclaimer

• Warranty is non‑transferable.
• Implied warranties last only as long as the periods above.
• Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, parts shipment, or refund, as Vacuactivus chose.
• Vacuactivus is not liable for incidental or consequential losses (downtime, revenue, or similar costs).

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@recovathlete.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

We offer a 30-day return policy for the Vacuactivus  products If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
