All Hooga products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for defects or failures. The warranty begins automatically from the date of purchase—no activation is required.

Straightforward Shipping Policy

At Hooga, we keep shipping simple. Here’s what to expect:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

• With Standard Shipping, your order will arrive within 2-6 business days.
• Expedited shipping is available through Express services. Orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same day.

International Shipping:

• Standard international shipping may take up to 20 business days.
• Expedited international options are available via UPS services.
• All shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Important Notes:

• Hooga is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
• If an incorrect address is provided, customers are responsible for the costs of re-shipping or can opt for a refund of the item cost.
• International shipments may be subject to duties/taxes.

Refund Policy

Returns: We offer a 60-day return policy. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. You can initiate your return by clicking the link below:

Start Return Process

For U.S. customers, you can generate a prepaid return label at our discounted rates, with the cost of the label deducted from your refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
• Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
• Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Open-Box Items: Open-box items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Gifts:

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed after the return is processed.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
