Saunum Product Warranty Information

At Saunum, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to enhance your sauna experience. Our warranty ensures that Saunum products are free from material and manufacturing defects during the specified warranty period. If a defect occurs within this period due to poor-quality materials or assembly, our recommended repair partners will repair or replace the defective component or device free of charge for both labor and spare parts, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid Warranty Claims:
    To process a warranty claim, you must provide a completed installation report.

  2. Warranty Coverage Periods:

    • Private Sauna Use: Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
    • Public Sauna Use: One (1) year from the date of purchase.

  3. Saunum's Discretion:
    Saunum reserves the right to repair the defective component, replace it, or replace the entire device. Any replaced defective components remain the property of Saunum.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Routine maintenance, cleaning, and replacement of components due to normal wear and tear.
  2. Adapting or modifying the device for uses not specified in the operating instructions.
  3. Risks associated with transportation.
  4. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the device.
  5. Damage resulting from improper installation.
  6. Repairs conducted by parties other than Saunum's recommended repair or maintenance partners.
  7. External factors, such as accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  8. Faults caused by using unapproved stones or salt balls.
  9. Damage to heaters and salt balls.

  • Professional Installation Required: Sauna climate devices must be connected to the electrical network by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • User Manual: Please thoroughly read the user manual before using the device and keep it in a safe and accessible place for future reference.
