Harvia Electric Heater Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY ON HARVIA ELECTRIC SAUNA HEATERS

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by RecovAthlete ("we," "us," or "our") to the original purchaser of a Harvia Electric Sauna Heater ("Product"). The terms outlined here describe your rights and remedies in case of product defects. For further reference, our Terms of Service are available at https://recovathlete.com/policies/terms-of-service.


1. Scope of Limited Warranty

We warrant that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period, as defined below. If a defect covered under this Warranty is discovered, we will repair, replace, or refund the Product, as detailed in Section 4. This Warranty is subject to the conditions described in this document and our Terms of Service.


2. Coverage Period

This Warranty applies exclusively to:

  • Heating Elements (Coils): Covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
  • Other Sauna Heater Components: Covered for 5 years from the date of delivery.

The Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and does not transfer to subsequent owners. The coverage period is not extended by repairs or replacements provided under this Warranty.


3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Improper transportation, storage, or installation.
  • Failure to follow the Productā€™s care and maintenance instructions.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Accidents, abuse, or external events beyond our control.

4. Remedies

If your Product is found to have qualifying defects during the Warranty Period, we will:

  1. Repair or Replace: Provide replacement parts or a new product if deemed unrepairable.
  2. Refund: Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the defect's extent.

Note: Labor costs are not covered. If returning the defective Product is necessary, we will cover shipping fees.


5. How to Submit a Claim

To request warranty service, contact us at Support@recovathlete.com with:

  1. Product name and model number.
  2. Purchase date.
  3. Purchaserā€™s name.
  4. Description of the defect.

We may request additional documentation, such as proof of purchase or photos of the defect, to evaluate your claim. Warranty service will only be provided after receiving complete information and determining the defect qualifies under this Warranty.


6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under this Warranty is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Under no circumstances are we liable for indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law. If implied warranties cannot be disclaimed, their duration is limited to the Warranty Period.


7. Dispute Resolution

In case of unresolved disputes, you may seek resolution as outlined in Section 17 of our Terms of Service. This Warranty is governed by the Terms of Service, which take precedence where applicable.
