Return Policy

We strive to make your return experience as smooth as possible. Please review our comprehensive return policy below.

Return Window

• 30-day return period from date of receipt
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging and delivery note required
• Returns must be authorized prior to shipping

Return Policy: 

Returns are only valid with a confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyers cost. Customers are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item's original cost if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded. Installed control packs, spas, pumps, and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Processing Timeline

• 3-5 working days after receipt
• The refund issued to original payment method
• Proof of delivery is recommended for tracking

Conditions for Refund

• Items in original condition
• Complete with all components
• Unused and unaltered
• Within return window

Order Issues

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

• Report immediately(within- 48 hrs of receiving the product) via email : info@recovathlete.com
• Include order number
• Provide detailed description
• Photo documentation recommended

Missing Orders

• Allow 14 working days from dispatch
• Contact support if not received
• Include order details for investigation
• Courier tracking provided when available

Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Products showing signs of wear
• Customized items

Limitations

• Damage from misuse not covered
• Wear and tear excluded
• Accidents post-delivery not eligible
